In contrast, Switzerland have had a stellar lead-up and will come into this game off the back of six straight wins across all competitions. Manager Vladimir Petkovic has his side playing a more attacking brand of football, evident in their recent 7-0 thrashing of Liechtenstein.

Switzerland’s recent results see them as the 16th ranked country on the FIFA World Rankings, and they are deserved favourites in this matchup. I think their class sees them prevail here in what shapes as an entertaining clash.
