The Scout: Denmark vs Finland Posted on June 11, 2021June 11, 2021 | Posted by The Scout EURO 2020 A Group B battle that could determine who eventually progresses alongside dominant favourites, Belgium. Finland’s qualification into Euro 2020 is their first ever appearance in the tournament. While they are already a feel-good story, their quote of $501* to win the tournament is a good reflection of just how they stack up against the other nations. Their results have not been promising in the lead up either, losing three straight, and they will be heavily reliant on Teemu Pukki for goals. Denmark are back in the tournament after missing out in 2016. They’ve built a formidable recent record, undefeated in 10 of their last 11 games, and have a squad boasting the likes of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (Tottenham), Thomas Delaney (Borussian Dortmund) and Christian Eriksen (Tottenham). At 29 years of age, Eriksen is now a veteran of the Danish national side and their most dangerous attacking player. He is extremely versatile and intelligent on the ball, and a master when it comes to free kicks. I’m expecting him to feature in what shapes as the perfect opening match for the Danes. SUGGESTED BET: Christian Eriksen Anytime Goalscorer: @ $2.25* *Odds correct as at 4pm, 11th June 2021. Market Market
