The Scout: Champions League Final Posted on May 30, 2019May 30, 2019 | Posted by The Scout Tottenham vs Liverpool 2nd June, 3am WST It’s a recognizable fixture but very new circumstances as English rivals Tottenham and Liverpool square off for the Champions League trophy. The story for each side is eerily similar. Both had huge comeback wins in leg 2 of the Semi-Finals, both were without their star players (Harry Kane and Mo Salah) in those games, both will be welcoming them back here. Liverpool put together one of the all-time Premier League campaigns. 97 points, just one loss, but no silverware. They’ll be desperate to add to their trophy cabinet after such a strong season. They’ve won 13 of their last 14 matches and should be primed to avenge their loss in last year’s Final. Tottenham have never made it this far in the Champions League and a win here will be the biggest moment in the history of the club. Despite finishing fourth in the Premier League, they limped to the finishing line (literally and figuratively) losing seven of their last 12 matches amid a range of key injuries. These teams played twice this season in the Premier League with Liverpool winning 2-1 both times, and in the last eight encounters, both teams have scored on seven occasions. With such potent attacks I expect we’ll see goals, but ultimately the Reds will go one better this year. Suggested Bet: Match Result Liverpool & Both Teams To Score @ $3.60* *Odds correct as at 4pm WST 30th May 2019. Market Market
