Shayne Williams’ Wednesday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on August 21, 2024August 21, 2024 | Posted by Shayne Williams MANDURAH Race 4 No. 1 Kisses For Ruby Going to kick things off in the maiden which is always a bit risky, but Ruby really hasn’t put a paw wrong in her only two race starts, leading at both of them from middle and wide draws. Goes into box 1 for this, so won’t have to work as hard to cross and burn petrol tickets. So should have a bit of a kick at the back end if she gets the soft lead as I think she will. Tips: 1-7-2-8 Race 8 No. 1 Flashing Kuna Masterful training performance last week by the chilli man, Flashing Kuna was first up for 5 months and she absolutely bolted in. She’s better known to get over longer trips, but she just turned 4 years old so they may keep her to the sprinting trips. She gets her chance to go back to back courtesy of the rails draw where she has an outstanding record from. Tips: 1-6-5-4 Race 12 No. 3 Scientist Bit of a throw at the stumps here with the veteran Scientist. Grand old campaigner who is still racing well. Speared out two starts back from the squeeze draw, moves in a couple and this is a race he can definitely win if he was to nail the jump. Tips: 3-5-6-8 Market Market
