Chris’s Randwick Rundown Posted on May 27, 2016May 30, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 1 No.4 Acatour Sebring colt from the Team Snowden yard who cost $160K at the sales. Very impressive winning on debut in midweek company at Canterbury flashing home from off the pace in a race not really set up for the closers. He was a drifter in the market on that occasion suggesting there’s plenty of improvement to come and with that being the case lookout tomorrow! RACE 5 No.3 Inz’n’out Quality galloper from the Gerald Ryan stable who although not won for some time looks to be very close to a breakthrough. Has run into a couple of nice types this time in being Furnaces and the Stradbroke contender Kaepernick last time out at Scone. From the inside draw tomorrow should prove very hard to beat. RACE 7 No.8 Raw Impulse Real staying prospect this one from the all-conquering Darren Weir yard. He’s only had the 3 runs since coming from the United Kingdom and has won them all in dominant fashion stepping up in distance on each occasion. Can’t see the 2400m worrying him here this could just be a stepping stone to the Brisbane Cup in a fortnight’s time.
