Chris’ Randwick Rundown Posted on August 19, 2016August 22, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 5 No. 4 Manaya Michael Costa trained 3yo who has only had the one outing which resulted in a big win at Scone back in May running right over the top of the leaders from a clear last to win running away. She had bolted in her trials leading up to that debut win and could really be anything. Trials leading into tomorrow’s run have been sound, should she stay solid in the market look out! RACE 6 No. 5 Le Romain Up and coming galloper who goes into this race as the runner with least experience. A Group One winner of the Randwick Guineas last campaign over 1600m there’s no doubt he’s not fully wound up for tomorrow’s first up assignment however yet to miss a placing first up (includes a win) and off a couple of recent easy trials he’ll give his rivals plenty to think about. RACE 8 No. 6 Dixie Blossoms Mare from the Ron Quinton stable who has trialled in very good fashion for her comeback run tomorrow. Only lightly raced having had the 5 starts she won her first two outings firstly by sweeping home before sitting up on the pace next time around. Placed at Group 3 level before the break she looks set for a first up kill. Best Bet Race 8 No. 6 Dixie Blossoms Best Value Race 5 No. 4 Manaya Quaddie 200% 1, 3, 5 6 1, 6 2, 3, 4 Bet Now
