Race 3 – No. 2  New World Order

Impressed with back to back wins at the start of his career and has not had the best of luck since. Drawn favourably and is capable of recapturing his form with improvement at box rise.

Race 4 – No. 2  Vienna Charm

Fought on strongly to nab Cool Talent right on the line last week in a solid 22.98. Won’t have to work as hard from this draw and can go back to back.

Race 9 – No. 8  Banjo’s Girl

Talented chaser with plenty of early toe and a good record here that includes a Mandurah Oaks win and a 2^nd in the final. Dropping back to provincial company and can outclass her rivals.

Roughie:

Race 5 – No. 1  Crocodile Senor

Can be hit and miss at box rise but led all the way in a smart 22.71 from this very draw 7 starts ago and will be ready to pounce if things go wrong for the short priced favourite.

Race 2 – No. 1  Sprite Monelli

Has been costly for a while but he’s come up with the first red rug of his career and should be left alone early if he steps away cleanly. Would not surprise to see him topping the podium for the first time since June.

Race 5 – No. 1  Goblin Monelli

Relished the return to headquarters when sitting off the pace and really smashing the line late to defeat the classy Chips And Trains. Drawn favourably and hard to hold out again with a similar run in transit.

Race 8 – No. 5  Cosmic Gas

Racing in fine fashion at present with impressive wins over varying distances at Mandurah in 3 of his past 4. Should handle the rise in distance and only needs to overcome the awkward draw to play a part in the finish.

Roughie:

Race 4 – No. 2  Verne Allen

Darwin Cup winner who has a caused a few upsets in his time and while recent form has been disappointing, he draws to give this a big shake.
