Race 1

THE BETTOR SIDE (9) was a solid run on return, has the back row draw to watch things unfold and then make the move and with the addition of a run under the belt he can get the job done here. CIGANDA (5) is better suited here and has good early speed, versatile customer and should be in the money. CRUNCH THE NUMBERS (2) has come back well and the draw suits, shouldn’t be too far away. CASSINI BELLE (1) is a novelty chance from the draw with other chances to BOOM IT UP (4) and THUNDER WARRIOR (10).

Suggested Bet: THE BETTOR SIDE (9) to win.

Race 2

SOMETHING CERTAIN (5) was a good effort last time out coming from the back of the field and that was from a freshen up, this looks a touch easier and can overcome the tricky draw, go close. THEYCALL ME STOOGE (3) caught the eye making good ground in a quick last section, should settle close enough and represents value in this. GET YA BETS ON (7) is racing consistently and looks a decent chance in this. JINGLING JEWELS (2) has the speed to lead and prefer over shorter. VINTAGE BLU (6) is a novelty chance from the draw with GOTA GOOD WARHOL (8), I SEE FIRE (9) and SHES A MARE (10) all likely to be in the mix for novelties.

Suggested Bet: THEYCALL ME STOOGE (3) each way.

Race 3

HOTFOOT IT (4) will be heading forward and looks likely to lead this and this grade suits, big chance to break through in this race. HES THUNDER (8) has the form, but the draw is awkward, needs to get out into fresh air to be a winning chance. JUST A PET (10) has turned a corner and will be in the first half of the field and running on. SWITCH BLADE (7) ran well in this grade a few starts ago, can be sent forward and stick on well. GEARSINAWHIRL (2) and MISTER SAUVAGE (3) both novelty chances.

Suggested Bet: HOTFOOT IT (4) to win.

Race 4

PINNY NOIR (3) has good early toe and looks likely to run to the lead here and from there he will be very hard to run down, nice win last time out and is starting to get reward for his efforts. VINITA ROSE (10) is racing well, can watch things unfold early and has the versatility to move into it at the right time. LORD TITANIUM (5) can bounce back, needs to lift off the first up run. JOEY JAMES (7) is racing well, his form has been better when driven conservatively and looks likely to continue that trend from the draw. SUNDANCER RAINBOW (2) is a novelty chance with JASPERVELLABEACH (12) who returns.

Tips: 3 10 7 12

Suggested Bet: PINNY NOIR (3) to win.

Race 5

ALTA ALLURE (5) although unplaced in recent runs has been hitting the line nicely and looks to drop in grade and be a major player in this, will go close here. QUEENINTHECORNER (7) must overcome the wide draw but she’s getting closer and expect her to run a big race here. STAR LILLY (10) has an awkward draw to overcome but is consistent and OUR SANDY SHORE (11) is most definitely capable but had a below par preparation last time out. SWEET SASSYMOLASSY (1), HONOUR THE EAGLE (2), LADY CAMEL (6) and SHEER ROCK LADY (8) all novelty chances with the latter taking on the older mares.

Tips: 5 7 10 11

Suggested Bet: ALTA ALLURE (5) to win.

Race 6

Open race. ULTIMATE SASS (2) caught the eye two starts ago and nearly got the job done last time out at big odds, this looks suitable but will not be a walk through, major player. ALTA GABBANA (11) creates interest first up for the Hayden Reeves stable and could be one to keep an eye on as his main driver Stuart McDonald gets the drive ahead of the other 6 runners for the stable. WESMEDAD (6) has shown some promise, but the draw is awkward. THREE FLAMES (7) is consistent but finding it hard to break through. MISS MARCOPOLO (1) is a place chance from the draw with AMERICAN TYPHOON (5) who comes in fresh but may be an improver.

Tips: 2 11 7 6

Suggested Bet: ULTIMATE SASS (2) to win.

Race 7

WALLEN (3) is second up and has the early speed, looks the likely leader here and can go one better in this race, very hard to beat but could be dripping in red. I AM SIAM (2) on the quick backup and could be an improver in this but looks more of a place chance. WAHINE TOA (7) is improving, and barrier manners are also on the improve, will be running on. TOP SHELF JAMIESON (5) did too much work last time out but overall was probably a better run, keep safe in your novelties. JUST CRUIZIN (4) has had a few trials recently and is a novelty chance with CAPPY THE FIREY (6).

Suggested Bet: WALLEN (3) to win.
