Race 1

PATCHED (7) is getting down in grade and finds a suitable race to perform in, he was a better run last time out after making up his handicap and finishing third, he looks very hard to beat here. ELEGANT PEAK (8) is fitter for the first up win which was in track record time, she is a good mobile horse and is versatile and should run a big race again. HEZA WHIZARD (2) is having his first mobile which is of slight concern, has done things wrong in the past but also shown he has good ability, keep him safe. SELLUNE (4) is always there abouts and should be respected as a novelty player.

Tips: 7 8 2 4

Suggested Bet: ELEGANT PEAK (8) each way.

Race 2

LOW FLYIN (7) has been solid without breaking through, even from the draw I feel he is better suited to this race and with his turn of foot he can negate the wide draw, go well. MAJOR BLUE EYES (5) would have benefitted greatly from the experience last time out and can improve further. SOUNDS TREACHEROUS (6) didn’t get much luck last run in the concluding stages, keep safe. SHOAL BAY (1) has been solid enough in two return runs and gets a good draw. CODENAME ELLIOT (9) could fly under the radar and is going well enough for this.

Suggested Bet: LOW FLYIN (7) to win.

Race 3

ROCK ROSIE ROCK (5) drops in grade after performing soundly against better fillies, she has proven in the past when she drops back to this sort of class she is very hard to beat. SHES A MARE (7) is racing well and prefer her at the short course, wide draw to overcome but as we saw yesterday she has good closing speed. GET THE BOOTH (3) has always been a horse who has shown ability, she has tricks which have frustrated punters for her career though, first up for Ryan Bell she creates interest. INTERNAL AFFAIRS (4) is racing well since returning and has to be considered an each way hope here.

Suggested Bet: ROCK ROSIE ROCK (5) to win.

Race 4

TANTABIDDI (6) has brilliant early speed and has put the writing on the wall last time out, he looks to charge across, lead and win this event. EVE CROCKER (3) looks to get back to her better form, her returns runs have been sound without getting too excited. IL BANDITO (1) is a solid place chance from the draw, should be close enough. GOV STARZZZ (4) returns and may need the run but his best is capable of a podium finish. LUKE ATTACK (7) has a tough draw to overcome but expect him to be closing off nicely.

Tips: 6 3 4 1

Suggested Bet: TANTABIDDI (6) to win.

Race 5

BEACH CAPTAIN (2) is a staying type of horse who has been running some good races, he can carve out some solid sectionals and has been stepping well, I thought he could lead and give them something to chase at the short course here. BELLISSIMO ACQUISTO (6) returns back to country ranks and has been racing in stronger, he has a good standing start record and is the obvious danger. AMERICAN CRUISE (1) was a solid run last time out and has options as long as he steps safely. THE WILDCARD (7) could improve second up but novelty chances appear best.

Tips: 2 6 1 7

Suggested Bet: BEACH CAPTAIN (2) to win.

Race 6 

ROCKNROLL ELLIOT (1) was solid two starts ago and comes up with the good draw here, he is a bold front running type and looks very hard to beat in this. ROCKET CITY (8) looks the obvious danger if the 1 holds up as he will have the last crack at them and his closing speed is superb. SOHO SANTORINI (9) returns and has options from the draw, he is a nice type who could impress with some luck. GALAXY WARRIOR (3) is always a novelty hope as he is versatile. MAGNUS VICTOR (4) returns and has a lot of upside after todays race, expect him to have to do the work at some stage.

Suggested Bet: ROCKNROLL ELLIOT (1) to win.

Race 7

OFF THE CHARTS (2) gets the good draw and suitable grade to show his best, he was decent enough last time out and looks cherry ripe for this assignment. I CROSS MY HEART (3) is a nice type who will get a good run throughout by the looks and will be hitting the line well. LENORA JANE (8) returns and she will be closing off well if she can get into the clear late. JIMMY ROCKS (9) has shown ability and returns here, he has options from the draw and should get a decent run. IDEAL INTEREST (5) is one to throw into your first 4’s, he caught the eye last time out and has always shown promise. CORK CAN RUN (6)  can be a funny horse, so the draw makes things more difficult.

Tips: 2 3 8 9

Suggested Bet: OFF THE CHARTS (2) to win.
