The 7 can show up out wide and has some early dash. A chance she leads here or settles close. Can hit the dais. As can the 8 who was good last time behind a smart dog. Ran good time and is ready to produce. Just the box has to be offset but she can. Race 8 No. 6 Ether Monelli and No. 8 Howard Hook Look for the 6 to rush up out wide here and take a forward spot. Runs was ok last time here and will improve again. The 8 had no luck his first look here and will also go better. Just needs to step a little quicker and he can figure. Don’t dismiss him. Race 9 No. 8 West On Marshall Got his box. Rolls down to the first turn here at pace and gets every hope to take over the running. We should see his 29.8 from there and that will get it done here. Start Important here but he can step when he’s on. Gets his chance tonight. Race 10 No. 8 Volunteering Can give these a shock if he backs up from Sunday nights 500 run. Was actually quite good in that and while this trip is short of his best the field is not strong and the box helps him here sweep around and charge into it late. Good EW show. Race 12 No. 2 Opie Monelli and No. 3 Aztec Kid The 2 gets every possible Hope here. Disappointed last time when he didn’t come on at all after a steady getaway. Can drive up the fence here and just needs to hold his spot to be the one. The highly enigmatic dog in 3 can surprise. Clearly needs the arm or he gets troubled thoughts through that mind of his and we don’t want that, but he is equally hard to catch when he does lead. Save on him. WENTWORTH PARK Race 10 No. 1 Nangar Luna No early pace but she rails like a bird and has a progressive set of gears that will see her charge home along the inside here and hit the dais with any luck. Will need that first turn room but should she get it, she will pick these off and is worth a place heavy go here at odds. Race 11 No. 1 Rockstar Rampe and No. 6 Palawa King The 1 is an EW Frankie for mine. Boxed to get a great run with slow and wide outside him early and he has the ability to go sub-30. Huge show the hit the frame. Save on the 6 who is best dog in the race but he can get back when he feels like it and can’t afford to give these a start. Clear run and he wins however. 1 the main EW play here. Market Market
