Harry Buchanan’s Sunday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on September 17, 2023September 17, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 2 No. 5 Mad Steel Well sometimes there just aren’t any excuses left. That’s here, this dog, today. Absolutely zero if he doesn’t step and put these away. Best dog in the easiest race he’s faced in a long time. Simply should be winning. No more if he doesn’t. Race 4 No. 2 Still Dreaming He’s past his best, but so are the rest of them. This bloke still showing some zest for racing and has been going fairly in harder races. Well boxed and will get up there early and be hard to hold out here. Race 5 No. 1 My My My and No. 2 Flash As One The 1 finally gets her box. Has a great record off the inside and will show speed to get close to or on the arm. Very hard to stop here. The 2 just keeps turning up and will drive up as usual and hit the line to hold a frame spot with any luck. EW save on him. Race 6 No. 6 Big Girl Kiki Missed the start last time but rallied to run 3rd in a good effort. Will again step fairly and go across heels and look for that inside run up the back. Continues to run on late and will be a place heavy play here. Race 7 No. 2 All Over Kaisha Box brings her into this. Has been stepping better and while she disappointed last week, she had excuses and will improve off the draw here. Can land handy and will keep finding late to run on into the frame. Race 8 No. 6 Ice King and No. 2 Paua of Molly ` The 6 will look to spear out here. Was put into the wrong box last week and had to be reloaded quickly. Seem to throw him right off as he walked out. Can atone this time. The 2 drops back in trip but has been racing far harder opposition. Well drawn and she can muster up quickly and give a huge sight if if she lands near the arm. Race 9 No. 7 Finloch Fernando One more go at the odds. Has a good record here and can show pace when he steps his best. Handles the wide draw and looks for the arm here to give a sight in low 16s. EW play. Race 10 No. 4 Barossa Rose and No. 6 Escapologist The 4 ran a super race last week at the odds and can do so again here. Capable of landing closer and she sticks on well. Don’t ignore. The 6 has a sticky draw but is racing so well and getting better. If he can offset the box, he will storm home late and hit the frame. Can win with early luck. Market Market
