Shows pace and will enjoy the room early to muster. Like him in the middle as well. Top 2 player if he steps cleanly. Race 3 No. 2 Vacillate Expect improvement here. Can show pace but can also drive up the fence into the back. If she’s close she can be there at the end. Can go better this week and map is good. Race 4 No. 8 Lite Monelli and No. 7 Fernando Fury A race full of pace. These two can both swish over however. The 8 has great box speed when she gets it right and she usually does. Hard to stop at good odds. The 7 will find a bit on his last run here. No luck at all and can also show dash out wide. Both good shows here. Race 5 No. 8 All Over Kahli and No. 6 All Spiked Up The 8 has a perfect draw. Will get room to operate early and show his turn of foot. If he sweeps around and takes it up, it should be over. The 6 is a monster quote and gets a crasher inside him. Don’t ignore him and he will find some on last week as well. EW play there. Race 6 No. 4 Rippin’ Tomahawk He has been poor at best his last couple but if he happened to find something of his old form, the price is wrong. It is spec though and trust is needed as he simply hasn’t put in his last few. Can turn it around and is arguably the best dog in the race at his top. No more excuses this time. Race 7 No. 2 Wood Fire Airborne for Damo. Only has to reproduce what he did last week to go all the way here. Ran time after stepping and no reason he can’t go on with it from the good draw. Race 10 No. 3 Wild Ollie His turn is coming and this might be it. Couldn’t get over last time but gets a better draw this time and don’t be surprised to see him spear here and take it up. Will give a sight if he does at ridiculous EW odds. He’s ready and is a super bet. WENTWORTH PARK Race 8 No. 6 Cawbourne Roses Outstanding run first up and looks awfully hard to stop here. Smaller field and 2nd up all in her favour and will be charging through the line here. If she’s close up the back, they are gone and she can hit top 2 with any sort of clear run at all. Race 9 No. 8 My Margarita and No. 3 Romantic Storm Think the winner will come from off the arm here. A few who go quick but don’t want strong chasers landing close which is what is likely here. The 8 very strong and will charge late while the 3 can settle just off and keeps coming through the line. Both good top 2 hopes. Race 10 No. 1 Angel Glow and No. 4 Trouble at Mill The 2nd fav will come out so this is a gift for the 1 now. Really should lead throughout and is the best dog in the race by far. The 4 could nab 2nd here with a little luck. He is enigmatic but talented and will be launching late. Save place hard on him. BALLARAT Race 5 No. 2 Indy Fido and No. 6 Lawless Cup heat and a couple at odds who can shock here. The 2 will drive along the fence the whole trip. Strong late and races very well here. The 6 is under rated and goes fast mid race. He will sweep up on the turn and can also be in the finish. Both EW hopes. Race 6 No. 6 Kai Bale He is a huge quote but will love having fast dogs to chase. Spec play but if these leaders get into each other’s grills, this bloke will rush up to them and stun these. Will get back but look for him late. He’s not hopeless. Race 8 No. 2 Apache Shout Monster quote about a dog who can give this a huge shake. Never missed a place off the box. Never missed a place at the track from 6 starts. Distance perfect. Gets his chance now. Shouldn’t be double figures and can win. At the very least he’s an EW bird here. Market Market
