Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on March 30, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 6 No. 1 Little Miss Ava Looks a race of limited chances which gives the red an undeniable claim here. Coming off a couple of 2nds, she now moves to the inside draw where she will get her opportunity to hold the arm. Capable of running time, slow beginner directly outside her, she can muster here to give the favourite a stack to think about in the run to the first turn. Race 7 No. 3 Suntory Lass and No. 8 Big Boy Bundy A race that has the potential to get messy into the back off this corner start. The 3 has won 3 from 4 this track and trip and is under rated. She can begin and stay prominent here and if she is close enough, she has no lack of strength. The 8 may be better served off an inside draw however he won’t be bothering these early splitters jostling for positions and he has good track sense to take fast advantage of any checking into the back. Hits the line well. Race 8 No. 5 Magic Salute Ultra consistent customer who puts in 110% every start. Makes his way to the fence quickly then starts his run up the back to continue to drive home along the rail. No mapped too badly here and will look a threat with a clear passage at good EW odds. Race 10 No. 4 Sunset Louie and No. 2 Bionic Polly The 4 looks promising and has an engine. While he hasn’t run any time yet, his few starts have shown that he can change that with a clear run. Has met some trouble in his few runs here and still learning what it’s all about. Will continue to improve and give a forward showing. The 2 finally draws close to the fence and she has been WA’s unluckiest dog lately. Has stepped quickly only to have herself chopped out at the first turn her last few. Can surprise at big odds. Race 11 No. 2 Your Mate Surely this is his race with scratching of the kennel mate in 1. Still green but supremely talented and will get every possible chance to put that on show tonight. Nothing boxed around him, he will drive up quickly and only has to stay balanced to accelerate away here. Very strong and looks the one. Race 12 No. 10 Mongolian Wolf and No. 4 Zipping Jade These 2 ran the quinella last week and can do so again if the 10 gets the start with the scratching of Zipping Greta. The 10 can turn the tables this week as well. Was crossed by Zipping Jade last week and came again late and will be set to run similar tonight. The 4 led last week and while she doesn’t always step like that, she is versatile and looks one of the better dogs in the race. Both dogs will be looking to get behind the 1 who begins like a rocket but struggles late. Backing both if 10 gets the run. GAWLER Race 3 No. 8 Cosmic Kid Opened huge odds for a dog of his talent. Drops a stack in class here, went more than ok first up for the new kennel and has a class edge on this lot. Just needs to show a little more early off the wide draw the be very hard to hold out late. Looks set to hit top 2 here and will be one of the better bets today. Race 5 No. 8 Prince Conner He will be the outsider but is worth a small spec here. Not hopeless, he can run the occasional cheeky race and cannot be dismissed with a vacant box inside him. Look for him to be running into it at the top if he gets away cleanly and holds his spot up the back. Not the worst. Race 10 No. 2 Velocity Fairy and No. 5 Black Jack Tea The 2 gets her chance to produce those box manners she is known for. Usually steps quickly and does her best work on the arm. Can lead throughout. The 5 can surprise here and is the one who can go with the 2. Been racing good class of dogs and gets his chance to replicate his last run behind Crazy Dream who would be long odds in this. Good show at big odds. Market Market
