Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on March 3, 2022March 3, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 2 No. 7 Not Quite Orson He’s not hopeless here. Recovered well last start to smash the line with gusto and a better beginning and run in transit will see him in the finish here at odds. Doesn’t win many but that’s what these races are for and the same can be said for the rest of these. EW play. Race 5 No. 1 Major Gilbert and No. 3 Smooth Operator The 1 is resuming and while he has never started over this trip, will use the box to stay prominent. Has a lethal record off the cherry and can figure fresh. The 3 is at the crossroads. His last two were steady but is better than that and drawn to bounce back if he’s still in that form. Both solid EW shows. Race 6 No. 3 Mystify and No. 5 Incredible Hulk The 3 is close now. She has been going through her sections well and can run on into the money here. The Hulkster steps back up to the 490m here and while I am unsure about him on a corner start, there is no doubting his talent. He’s a weapon when he’s wound up. A good getaway will see him threaten here. Race 8 No. 5 Citizen Cyril No excuses for Cyril against these. He has been racing dogs that would be long odds on in this and gets his chance to break back into the winners list. Can show his pace and offset the box and these can’t match him on overall sections. Best bet with any luck at all SANDOWN PARK Race 4 No. 7 Well Grounded and No. 8 Arizona Eyes Versatile and consistent customer the 7. Gets the gun drag over here off Yozo Bale and will be able to insert himself into the race early. Hard to get past. The 8 has one of the most deadly run homes in racing when he’s on. Can unleash a paralysing final section that very few dogs can stop. His early work is steady but once balanced, look for him. Race 5 No. 8 Kanji Giant Smokie play here from a dog with some talent. A 29.44 PB and good box stats sees him right in this and can go through his gears nicely. Strong to the line, small field suits and top 2 player. ANGLE PARK Race 3 No. 2 Researched She really can’t have anymore chances if she doesn’t produce here. Bounces up and down in the boxes which doesn’t help her start but when she’s down, she can ping. Gets her chance here in a weakish affair and won’t get a better chance to bounce back. Must do something here. Race 7 No. 5 Luxury Rocks and No. 8 Helmet Giblet Interesting race with most of the field suspect at the trip. The 5 is a proven 530m dog and she can do something here. Only has to stay in touch with a few front runners who will stop. The 8 will hurtle his way down to the first turn and almost lead here. Ran superbly at his first test over the trip last week and natural improvement will see him go close. Unbeaten off the box. Race 8 No. 3 Impress Us and No. 2 South Song Like this 3 a lot. Has super turn of foot off the mat and can insert himself immediately here. Sticks like glue and very hard to beat. The 2 has no luck last week and will go a lot better tonight. Will go with the 3 early and a clearer run will see him improve a minute. One of these if not both will hit the frame. Market Market
