Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on November 12, 2022November 12, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 5 No. 2 Lucy’s Villa and No. 8 Samba Monelli The 2 didn’t quite see the 600 out last week. Much better placed here and is a chance now. Racing super. The 8 has come back a different dog for the great Pete Brown who has worked magic with this bloke. Box no worries and he chasing through a wall right now and doing it quickly. Big threat. Race 6 No. 4 Zipping Wilbur and No. 6 Couch Surfer The Young Stars final. The 4 will find a bit on his superb heat win. Box tricky but he can come from off the arm and will be strong late. The 6 was excellent in his heat and he is promising. Kept driving to the line and any luck will see him upset these. EW for both dogs. Race 8 No. 5 Close Contact Barry has the team airborne. This bloke coming off a ripping win last week and can repeat. Has speed and breaks 22 every time he finds the arm. That will be hard to stop here. SANDOWN PARK Race 1. No. 4 Xinmin Bale All but landed in the plumb spot in the Hume Cup final last time. Flattened and never a hope after that. Gets his chance here to bounce back and has untold ability. Any look at the arm will see this over. Race 3 No. 5 Zipping Virginia Took a long time to get going at the Meadows but better suited here. Half these can’t stay so she has them covered and with her railing style that keeps coming, she is a great EW play and will look ominous late. Race 4 No. 3 Zipping Kyrgios and No. 2 Kai Bale Fist of tonight’s preludes. The 3 went much better in the Topgun than it looked. Wasn’t given his chance but made good ground and has a gun map here. The 2 has been one of ours for a while and he also gets a good map here. Has a booming middle section where he puts himself into the race and that will apply here. Both dogs need to stay under the red early. He will go very wide first turn. That’s where they come into it. Race 5 No. 8 Jarick Bale Love the box, distance and company here for this bloke. Was good in the Hume Cup and while he won’t push for the lead here, he’s great in a field and strong to the line. Has a class edge here and is a monster place heavy show. Race 6 No. 3 Barnsy and No. 5 Mepunga Mustang The roughie of the night here in box 3. Big quote and can get into this with the draw and some first turn luck. Gets through his gears up the back and can hit the podium at a monster price. The 5 is a huge show and gets a good map with the 4 inside. Ultra consistent and can win off any box. Don’t dismiss him. Race 7 No. 1 Shipwreck Interesting to note a lot of the “experts” see the 6 as the faster dog. However if he sat half a length behind Shipwreck, it would then be a matter of how far Shipwreck wants to win by. He is the real deal and between him and Throttle, the Victorians don’t have a mortgage on speed. This bloke can show why tonight. Well boxed and only has to hold a spot to the first turn. Has yet to see the track under race conditions, but has seen the track. The 6 a very very good dog and he is the clear threat. Great race. Race 8 No. 4 Yachi Bale Finally got him away from that corner start. Not sure he’s a middle distance dog anyway. He is however very fast and gets his chance to show it here. Will be the dog everyone is talking about in 6-12 months. Has a sublime gear change and sustains it. If he’s close up the back, good luck holding him out here. Big price for a dog who can burn the clock to ash. Race 9 – The Shootout What a race. Four super competitors and the match race most want to see. She’s A Pearl vs. Wow She’s Fast. Not sure it’s that straight forward here but it really should be won at the first turn. If the 5 or 7 find the arm then they will give a sight but it’s their only chance as well of winning. The two girls are the stars and as good as Wow She’s Fast is, she simply won’t catch She’s A Pearl if she leads and the same applies the other way around. Tremendous race and one for all greyhound fans to enjoy. Race 10 No. 4 Valor Bale and No. 2 Rock Me Rocco The 4 is a great show at huge odds here. He was tripped up momentarily when getting into a striking spot last week. Better luck here and he wins. Massive hope. The 2 is promising. Strong type who will hit the line hard but is probably a few months away from top grade. Can still give a sight here though. Race 11 No. 2 Kelsey Bale and No. 3 Hector Fawley The 2 is a machine. What she did last start had to be seen to be believed. Came from last and ran down dogs who never get run down. Set the clock alight in the process. She’s a star. Wins with any luck. The 3 is the only danger for mine and he can hit the podium. He is also airborne and while he isn’t as good as the fav, he is better than the rest. Back 2 and save 3. Race 12 No. 1 Piscopo Bale Boxed to drive along the fence and give a sight late here. Has form here and a terrific strike rate. Will be able to stay closer off this draw and will be a huge threat in the run home. WENTWORTH PARK Race 6 No. 2 On The Bus Still yet to break through after 20 starts here but has run some races against better dogs. Doesn’t get a better chance here and will look to land on the arm or close to and get it done. Needs to produce now. Race 9 No. 4 He’s Grand Racing superbly. Has a blistering turn of foot and is tremendous around turns where he goes fast. Quick Dapto winner last time and goes just as well here. Big show. Race 10 No. 3 Black Chilli Start determines her outcome. When she’s on she leads and when she leads she wins. Hasn’t stepped her last few but that can all change here. Look for improvement tonight.
