RACE 4 No. 8 Susurri

Very consistent mare who is surely ready for a chance of luck! Carted back behind a tiring runner three starts back, raced 4 wide two starts back before raced 3 wide the latest beating all bar the winner with a gap back to 3rd. She comes up with a perfect draw tomorrow, should land the run of the race and from there she’ll get her chance for a well-deserved victory.

RACE 5 No. 2 Stella Ombra

Steps up to his pet distance tomorrow striking a race which looks to contain plenty of early speed which will play right into his hands. All three starts this time in have been over the shorter 1050m trip with the last couple being solid finishing efforts. Expect jockey Damian Browne to let that early pace go and save this one up for a big late finishing burst.

Have a feeling punters will launch into this popular galloper in the last race tomorrow and I don’t see any reason as to why they shouldn’t. Unsuited yet far from disgraced first up in a tougher race he was given a freshen up before beating all bar Of The Day who had a softer run here a fortnight back. The step up to 1350m tomorrow appears ideal.
