RACE 3 No.9 And We Danced

Ex Kiwi filly who is now with the Chris Waller yard. She’s only had the three starts back home with the latest being a fast finishing 6th over a mile at Group 1 level at Riccarton. She’s had the two local trials in readiness for tomorrow’s return finishing close up on each occasion. Importantly her only win came on rain affected ground.

RACE 7 No.2 Canasta

Front running galloper who looks to have found a suitable race tomorrow. Fourth run back he should be right at his peak and he looks to get a fairly soft lead in tomorrow’s race. Wouldn’t say he’s a wet tracker however his record on damp ground is just as good or if not better than most here and keep in mind they will all have to get past him.

RACE 10 No.1 Garibaldi

Happy to back this visiting Tony Gollan trained Queenslander on an each-way basis tomorrow. He found the right race last start at Eagle Farm when crunched late in betting to run a heavily backed odds-on favourite. He’s always been just a little under Group level suggesting this restricted grade affair with the claim suits.
