Race 1

IM CATEGORY FIVE (3) has brilliant early speed and can burn to the top in this and is ready to win since coming back with some good efforts. CRUNCHNSIP (4) has the luxury from the draw to watch things unfold and can move into it after that, looks a top two performer here. ATLAS LAST (1) likely to try and be close to the speed and an expected improver in this. SOVEREIGN JEWEL (2) has decent early speed and was brave last time out, this will be a good test for her, but she is rich with ability. Looks challenging for the runners out wider.

Suggested Bet: IM CATEGORY FIVE (3) to win.

Race 2

AMALFI KNIGHT (4) has come back in fine form and looks a major player in this; he is versatile and will be hard to beat in this. CEASE TO REACT (1) finally gets a decent barrier draw, swooped to victory last time out and is up to this grade. AMERICAN MACHINE (8) is highly talented but has the tough draw, nice return run and must be respected. CHUGACH (10) has that lovely trailing draw where he can work into it, has come back in fine order this time in. Distinct drop off to the rest which looks to be led up by IDEAL AN ACE (7).

Suggested Bet: AMALFI KNIGHT (4) to win.

Race 3

MISS LEOPATRA (1) is a brilliant filly who has the draw and lost no admirers with a fourth in the Caduceus Club Classic, should lead and win but will be short. MISS BEJEWELED (4) was luckless on return and still rallied through the line nicely and looks a strong top 3 chance in this with TRIXIE DORA (6) who can be a forgive last time out, prior form was first class. THE SEA SIREN (5) did it at both ends last time out and is one to follow going forward, looks a novelty chance. INSURGENCY (3) and SLAY QUEEN (8) novelty hopes.

Suggested Bet: MISS BEJEWELED (3) to place.

Race 4

IDEAL BEACH (4) will come out hard and look to keep the advantage on the outside runners and looks to work to the top and can confidently say he will win this race if he finds the top. RAVENOUS (3) looks the likely early leader and then takes cover, early speed has elevated him recently and is a place chance again. BETTOR BEHAVE (7) is talented but faces a tricky draw, versatile type and looks one of the key chances with GENTLEMANS PROMISE (6) who is racing well. ALVAREZ (1) and PARAGLIDER (2) both back end of novelty chances in this.

Suggested Bet: IDEAL BEACH (4) to win.

Race 5

LUCKY COPY (3) is a very quick beginner and thought she could bounce LILLIE QUEEN (1) who is more of a mustering type, start will tell a tale and LUCKY COPY (3) will be hard to run down if she leads. MYSTA MOON WALKER (10) will get a lovely run either way and had no luck last time out and could be dangerous. Novelty chances to VINNIES STAR (2), UNDER THE ALTA (5), BLITZAR (9) and GET YA BETS ON (12).

Tips: 3 1 10 5

Suggested Bet: LUCKY COPY (3) to win.

Race 6

CHARIVARI (5) could be dinkum for the top here and the first up effort was good; he is a good front running type and looks to be hard to beat in this grade. INTO THE FUTURE (2) has the speed to lead early and then has options, looks an improver numerically. BY ROYAL COMMAND (1) fitter as well and will get a soft run, capable type who must be respected. SHES A TINY DANCER (3) likely to be close enough to earn and looks a chance with novelty chances to LADY CAMEL (11) and FLY TO THE FINISH (10).

Tips: 5 2 1 3

Suggested Bet: CHARIVARI (5) to win.

Race 7

Tough one to work out. I liked the way BUNDEGI BLUE (4) hit the line last time out and looks a chance at each way odds in what could be an open race. FINUALA (6) is bred to just win this, but so far looks to not be quite the same standard as the family, strikes a winnable race on return but wouldn’t want to be diving in to short odds just yet. BONSTAR (1) should be close enough from the draw and is a novelty chance. BE HOME SOON (2) capable but is coming in fresh. PHILTHEJUG (10) has come back well but won’t get the luxury of leading. STIRUP IRON JACK (11) has versatility and shouldn’t be too far away. SHES A MARE (12) benefitted again with the runs and will run on well.

Suggested Bet: BUNDEGI BLUE (4) each way.

Race 8

CRUNCH THE NUMBERS (6) now third up into the preparation should be spot on and ready to run a big race, can go forward here and be on speed and looks dangerous. SONIC CHIP (8) did a power of work last time out and likely to do so again but has proven he can stay, ready to win. CHEVRONS GOLD (3) will look to try and lead early, better suited at the mile. FIREBALL FRIDAY (1) is a novelty chance with THE ULTIMATE BEACH (7), VISITING HOURS (9) and CRACKA TINNY (12).

Tips: 6 8 3 1

Suggested Bet: CRUNCH THE NUMBERS (6) to win.

Race 9

DIAMONDSAREFOREVER (6) has a lot of high speed and looks suited in this on return, has shown enough in recent trials to return a winner and looks hard to hold out. THE FIRST CUT (8) drops in grade and has had a few runs, hasn’t had the best of luck and looks a decent chance to improve in this grade. OUR SERAPHINA (5) strips fitter and has high speed, will be running on. MARGIMAC (3) racing well but looks a novelty chance with ROCKNROLL DILINGER (3) and LIL MISS DELIGHT (7).

Tips: 6 8 5 3

Suggested Bet: DIAMONDSAREFOREVER (6) to win.
