Race 1

ULTIMATE TESS (5) has a great deal of ability but has been known to do things wrong, she trialled well and bounced off the gate nicely and it’s a simple assessment that if he trots, she will win. MRIYA DREAM (7) was a winner last time out and has good ability, likely rolls forward but is another one that can do it wrong, steps up in distance too. ELISH STAR (3) finds it hard to win these days but is a novelty chance with MAJESTIC LINE (4), SUGA DADDY (10) and SELLUNE (12). MISS FRANCENE (11) has the ability but is hard to trust.

Suggested Bet: ULTIMATE TESS (5) to win.

Race 2

STRAYLYA (3) has good early speed and should bounce on the lead here and should be a softer lead than last week, will give them something to catch again. SWANBOURNE SPUNK (5) sat outside that horse and won impressively, if he runs up to that again then he will go close, but he can be hit and miss with form. SMOKEYS SHADOW (4) hit the line well and looks to get a soft run here and his best is good enough. SONIC SEELSTER (9) is a novelty chance because he’ll settle close enough.

Suggested Bet: STRAYLYA (3) to win.

Race 3

Open race. IDEAL INTEREST (3) is dropping down from metro company, and he has plenty of high speed which could suit him dropping to the lightning lap, expecting him to be right in the thick of it. UNDER THE ALTA (5) was a solid effort in decent time last time out and is starting to get his spark back, will head forward and is a staying type. BEALAWYER (9) will be punching through and is proven at this trip. WORLD OF ROCK (2) is first up for Hayden Reeves and drawn well with plenty of early speed, keep safe. MASTER REMI (4) has improved in recent runs and can be featuring in the placings. APOLOGIZE (7) and STIRUP IRON JACK (6) face awkward maps.

Suggested Bet: IDEAL INTEREST (3) to win.

Race 4

JUSTASMOOTH MIKI (1) has shown good ability in the only two runs for her career and has the nice draw and looks hard to run down here. IDEAL AN ACE (11) is on debut, and the only trial was impressive, Justin Prentice brings the well-bred 3yo to the track and must be respected. TEXAS STORM (6) was unlucky on return, would’ve gone close if didn’t run into trouble, draw makes it more challenging. FIRTH OF CLYDE (12) will be running on, but the draw is tough. NOT SO SWEET (3) is a novelty chance with BOUGIE (8).

Suggested Bet: JUSTASMOOTH MIKI (1) to win.

Race 5

MAKE IT HAPPEN (1) is third up into the preparation and is a natural front running type, should be getting fitter and has the draw at the lightning lap and will likely lead and run a bold race, big improver. GOTA GOOD WARHOL (8) hit the line bolting last time out and will get the last look at them, will go very close the way he is going. MISTER KOPA (9) was sound when placed last time out, will be running on with DEE JAYS BIG BOY (10) who is racing well in this grade. SUNSHINE SWIFT (4) and GLOBAL HERITAGE (5) racing well enough but tricky draws. ROCKABILITY (6) is good enough and can be versatile in this grade, could bounce back.

Suggested Bet: MAKE IT HAPPEN/GOTA GOOD WARHOL to Quinella.

Race 6

OUR RICH CARGO (7) returns from a wide draw but is talented and can run well fresh, needs a few things to go right but will be the one to follow going forward from this race. LENORA JANE (5) was impressive last time out and caught the eye, needs to find a position but last run was against Delightful Peg and that form line is stacking up strongly. EKARA NAVAJO (10) stepped up and finished down the track in her last run, better suited this grade and is versatile. OUR LILILOU (6) will be running on with THE SWINDLER (11).

Tips: 7 5 10 6

Suggested Bet: OUR RICH CARGO (7) to win.

Race 7

OVERLY EXCITED (3) was solid in his return run which was in good time and with form around Lazi Dais is top class going into this, should be better for the first up effort and looks the one to beat as he could bounce to the top. SOHO SHAKEDOWN (10) is a good horse who was strong in his return run, he is versatile and expect him to be right in the money. GOODTIME LOUIS (2) has the speed to bounce to the lead and looks a novelty chance as this is a significant rise on the recent win. REINETTE (11) has come back well and needs a genuine tempo which looks likely, she will run home. HI SUGA RUSH (9) is a novelty chance as he’s returned to the winners list. STARLIGHT DREAM (7) always a chance with luck but drawn poorly.

Suggested Bet: OVERLY EXCITED (3) to win.

Race 8

ROCKIN LE MONDE (2) looks the leader, and he is a staple for your novelties but is finding it hard to break through and do prefer him at a shorter distance, therefore it opens the race. SAMMY SUFFARELL (6) is talented and won well last time out, he can go quicker with his times and think he will be dangerous in this with his versatility. YAWOMA (7) is another one who likes to be in the money, had no excuses first up when beaten after leading, fitter and will have to do some work. TASHS SPARTAN (3) won’t be too far away with GETN WIGGY WITHIT (4) and SPRING LINE (12) and BEYOND BLING (10) will be running on.

Tips: 6 7 2 3

Suggested Bet: SAMMY SUFFARELL (6) to win.

Race 9

LILLIE QUEEN (1) has the nice draw and looks to lead and will have to absorb some pressure, moves up to the middle distance and comes in fresh for this but will be hard to run down. SOUTH SIDE STORY (5) will do the work and will apply the pressure and keep it honest. ICE COLD SAPPORO (3) is second up and wasn’t encouraging in the trial and first up run was hard to get too excited. CEE DEE THREE (6) will be running home strongly, especially if there is a solid tempo. BY GEE BY JINGO (8) is a novelty chance with REDDY TO FLY (9) from their soft draws.

Tips: 5 1 6 8

Suggested Bet: CEE DEE THREE (6) each way.
