Race 1

Open race to kick off the program. MRIYA DREAM (8) has the best form in the race but is following out a moderate beginner and could get shuffled back, he is capable of still being able to overcome those hurdles. LOTS OF CHANGE (4) was solid after copping a nasty check last time out, looks a major player in this. ELISH STAR (2) looks the early leader and has options from there but is finding it hard to break through. SELLUNE (3) is consistent and around the mark with MISS FRANCENE (6) who was impressive in victory last time out, she can win again if she does it all correctly. GRAND MAJESTIC BELLS (7) is capable of improvement and didn’t mind KYVALLEY PAINT (9) last effort, both could feature at odds.

Tips: 8 4 9 3

Suggested Bet: KYVALLEY PAINT (9) to place.

Race 2

CATCH THE RED EYE (2) has the speed to lead and is returning off some time away from the track, lightning lap looks a concept that would always suit this mare, and her recent trial was solid given the fact it was in good time, could be hard to run down. SAMMY SUFFARELL (10) is a smart type who will be benefitted by the first up effort where he finished in defeat to Ta In Advance who has since carried the form on to win in town, he will be running home strongly. LITTLE BITOF FUN (9) is racing consistently and was a good effort after doing a heap of work last time out. BALINGUP BOY (3) and MADAM MAGGIE (4) both capable with the latter zippier and looks better suited at this trip. ICY COLD (8) needs luck from a tricky draw and LUKE ATTACK (6) is always a novelty chance, even from this draw.

Race 3

EKARA NAVAJO (4) was a solid effort in her most recent run as she had a few cracks for the top and battled on well, looks to map well in this race and could get the last crack at them and looks a good chance. WORLD SECRET (2) has the draw to lead and look for a decent improvement in this, her best is good enough, but she has been hit and miss this time in. THE BETTOR SIDE (6) will likely be up outside the speed and doing the work, he’ll be there at the business end of the race but as we know, he doesn’t like having his picture taken all that often. XCITE ME (3) backs up off another tough effort Friday, novelty chance with SKIP A BEAT (7) and MIKIPELO (9).

Suggested Bet: EKARA NAVAJO (4) to win.

Race 4

AMERICAN TYPHOON (1) may have found her niche with an easy win in the lightning lap last time out, she has the ace draw and looks to fly out and lead and be very hard to run down today. ANYWHEREIGOHUGO (8) has the perfect draw and looks to be a solid danger late when presented with the sprint lane, should be close. WESMEDAD (2) is a consistent performer but might be a step below her best that we saw around 5-6 starts ago, SMOKEYS SHADOW (3) falls into novelty contention, he is a decent beginner, and he is among other chances such as STIRUP IRON JACK (4), ALTA EXPRESS (5) and REDDY TO FLY (10).

Suggested Bet: AMERICAN TYPHOON (1) to win.

Race 5

KINKY (2) returns and has shown good talent, has ran into some trouble in a few of her career start but must be respected from the stables of Team Bond, wouldn’t want to be diving in too short but looks hard to beat. SYNCHRONIZER (1) has options from the draw; good front running type with early speed and has options from the draw. HOTFOOT IT (9) and SPUDMEISTER (10) both capable of running into the money with the latter holding slightly better form currently. MISS UNEEK (3) faces a tricky draw with LEAVEAMESSAGE (7) but both are capable.

Tips: 2 1 10 9

Suggested Bet: SYNCHRONIZER (1) each way.

Race 6

PENNY BLACK (5) is an outstanding mare who looks hard to roll again, she is likely to be heavily in the red and must do the work in the race but as she has proven time and time again, she thrives on it and appears very hard to beat. ALTA ALLURE (1) has the nice draw but will be met with some challenges early with SUGAR DELIGHT (2) a quick beginner to her outside, was a decent run when leading and fourth to PENNY BLACK (5) last time out. WONDERFUL TO FLY (4) is drawn to be close and hit the line well when driven ice cold last start. Tricky draws to MADAM PUBLISHER (8) and LITTLE DARLING (9) who are both capable and bolter’s chance to STARLIGHT DREAM (6) for your novelties and a blowout chance, liked her return runs and she can be potent off a soft run.

Suggested Bet: PENNY BLACK (5) to win.

Race 7

MAGNIFICENT STORM (5) picks himself; he should charge across and lead and that should be the end of the race, he will be short, but he comes back in sensational form and looks very hard to beat. BETTER ECLIPSE (1) has the nice draw and will be close enough, think they will accept the cover and be running for second with STAR CASINO (2) who is likely to jump to his back early and follow the rail, the gelding is in fine form but comes in this as the understudy to MAGNIFICENT STORM (5) for the stable. GOLDEN LODE (3) is a novelty chance on return by virtue of a decent draw and expecting WAVERIDER (7) and OTIS (8) to run home well but map looks awful for them if Storm leads.

Tips: 5 1 2 3

Suggested Bet: STAR CASINO (2) to place.

Race 8

SALSAWITHSIERRA (1) reads up well for this race on debut, has the draw and the talent and looks hard to beat in this. STRAYLYA (8) was good in his most recent lightning lap, that was from the breeze here and looks a strong chance from potentially behind the leader and a look at the sprint lane. KARAOKE STAR (10) didn’t have much luck last time out and expecting him to run home strongly. GEARSINAWHIRL (3) likely to run the gate hard and is a winning chance if he could lead.

Tips: 1 8 10 3

Suggested Bet: STRAYLYA (8) each way.

Race 9

This is a cracking race. COMO EL VIENTO (7) is in tremendous form but bumps into a talented type in LAZI DAIS (6) who is second up and has the draw advantage, looks a potential chance to run to the lead and has options from there as he is a potent front runner. LINCOLN LOU (10) returned with a win and faces a good test to see where he is at, he has a lot of talent in his own right. TURBO JAY (8) looks awkwardly drawn to continue the picket fence form line, will need a lot to go right in my eyes. CEE DEE THREE (4) is a novelty chance with OVERLY EXCITED (5) who might fight out the early lead which could translate to a decent lead time and FOLLOW ROCKNROLL (11) comes in with novelty claims at bigger odds.

Suggested Bet: COMO EL VIENTO (7) to win.
