Race 1

OUR BLUE DIAMOND (1) was a beaten favourite on return, but she’s never been a horse to do her own dirty work, this draw looks likely to see her lead and think she can get the job done here. STRANIERO DEL MARE (6) is starting to build nicely, needs a touch of luck but will be dangerous with even luck. PARAGLIDER (4) looks to have ability, bit of an awkward draw on return but should be kept safe. WHERES MY HALO (7) looks next best with THE SLIPPERY DIP (2) a novelty chance.

Suggested Bet: OUR BLUE DIAMOND (1) to win.

Race 2

THE MERCENARY (2) has the speed to burn around and potentially lead, this race looks to suit him better and if he does lead, I think he will get the job done. I SEE FIRE (1) just lacks that early brilliance but is racing well, will be fighting hard to try and hold up. GOTA GOOD WARHOL (3) is a very strong and consistent type in this grade, won’t be far away. HUGHEY (4) can bounce back to form, but map looks a touch awkward. MISTER SAUVAGE (6) heading in the right direction.

Suggested Bet: THE MERCENARY (2) to win.

Race 3

BY ROYAL COMMAND (7) looks to bounce back, he over raced last time out and weakened out of it in blistering times, this looks far more suitable and think he’ll bounce back to win. INTO THE FUTURE (8) will be following him every step of the way and is racing well, closed off nicely at Bunbury. ROCKY MAGUIRE (4) and PRINCE OF TRIBECA (5) capable but the latter is first up, and the map appears better for ROCKY MAGUIRE (4). TAYLORS BOY FRED (2) is a novelty chance with FILLMYPOCKET (6) who just needs a touch of luck in the final lap.

Suggested Bet: BY ROYAL COMMAND (7) to win.

Race 4

HURRICANEHOPE (7) looks to do the work and will run a bold race, she has been in good form for a while now and this looks more suitable. JUST A PET (4) is a solid chance to get across and lead and burnt the candle at both ends last time out and will run a big race. ISAIDBOO (6) follows out a slow beginner and will be dangerous if not coming from too far back. Novelty chances to IDEAL WHITBY (2), JACK MANNIX (3) and OURFIRSTIMPRESSION (6).

Suggested Bet: JUST A PET (4) each way

Race 5

BLAZE AWAY (10) is suited in this grade, distance will suit and expect him to be able to do some work and can get the job done. ILLAWONG MUSTANG (9) is a conditioned type but hasn’t had much experience in the stand caper, looks a major player with a safe getaway. FEELING ACES (7) is racing well along with stablemates AWAITINGINSTRUCTIONS (5) and GEE SMITH (6). COOPER (4) a novelty chance with FLEUR DU MAQUIS (8).

Tips: 10 9 7 5

Suggested Bet: BLAZE AWAY (10) to win.

Race 6

I LIKE WHAT I SEE (2) has the good draw to show her best, didn’t have a great deal of luck last time out and looks to get another opportunity and be hard to beat. BOBBY WATERHOUSE (8) got home well last run and looks to be the main danger. TUBBS FARQUHAR (5) is a horse with depth in this grade, looks a decent chance but may have to do the work. MORE THAN HONOURED (6) and MANEA (7) will be running on strongly.
