Chris Nelson’s Sunshine Coast Best Bets Posted on February 18, 2022February 18, 2022 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 2 No.5 Palladas Yes he’s going to be short however a winner is a winner and he should be just that. Tragedy beaten last start when held up badly at the most crucial time in the straight he saw daylight late picked up and still managed the quickest final 200m sectional of the race! Well weighted under the conditions he just needs to get to the outside, from there he wins. RACE 4 No.2 Mishani Untamed A winner here over 1400m two back she went to town last start when back to 1350m and unable to stay in touch with the field early on. She was very strong late though running into third spot aided by a strong tempo, that all suggests she’s looking for the mile now and gets it on a track she races well on. Terrific each-way value. RACE 6 No.4 Dreamreacher Settled in a very ordinary spot back near last against the fence at Doomben last start looking to need a ton of luck to be any chance of winning. Jockey Jaden Lloyd didn’t panic moving clear of the rail in the straight weaving his way through between runners to mow down his rivals on the line. Tougher race however with a claim and further improvement he can win again. Quaddie 4, 2, 1 7, 4, 5, 9 6, 3, 9 2, 1 Market Market
