Chris Nelson’s Eagle Farm Best Bets Posted on December 10, 2021December 10, 2021 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 6 No.6 Tycoon Evie Consistent mare who races very well at Eagle Farm having won 4 of her 6 attempts with a placing thrown in as well. She backs up from a solid effort at Doomben last week running on well over 1200m suggesting the step up to 1300m tomorrow is ideal. She maps to gain a nice run just off the speed in a race which should be solidly run early. RACE 7 No.5 Totally Charmed Turned in a terrific performance first up at the Sunshine Coast beating all bar the winner Zoustyle running home hard from off the speed. He and stablemate Shooting For Gold were the only two runners to break 22 seconds their final 400m at the entire meeting which is a very impressive stat. With good speed likely up front again he’ll be powering home over the concluding stages. RACE 8 No.7 Garibaldi Maybe not as well placed as Apache Chase in the Gateway however still very well weighted under the plate conditions tomorrow. Resumed in the Zoustyle race at the Sunshine Coast recently running home soundly after making a mess of the start and blowing any chance he might have had. His form last prep was competitive in Group and Listed company suggesting he’s clearly the one to beat. Quaddie 6, 3, 2, 5 5, 3 7, 12, 13 2, 5, 6 Market Market
