When new manager Thomas Tuchel arrived at Chelsea they were 10th, and their season looked a lost cause. The German moved to a back three formation which allowed his wing backs to become extra defenders creating a five man defensive line when required. Subsequently, Chelsea have kept seven clean sheets in their last nine games, conceding just two goals since his arrival. In their last three games they’ve kept Everton, Liverpool and Manchester United goalless. Suggested Bet: Chelsea Win to Nil @ $3.30* Everton vs Burnley Everton (6th) had their three game winning streak come to end with a 2-0 loss to Chelsea while Burnley (15th) have four draws and a loss from their last five games. The Toffees have been solid all season but have worryingly won just one of their last six home games. They remain just four points behind Chelsea in 4th so shouldn’t be short of motivation in a game like this. Brazilian striker Richarlison has scored four goals in Everton’s last five matches including the game winners against Southampton and West Brom, and the opener against Liverpool. I think he features again here. Suggested Bet: Richarlison Anytime Goalscorer @ $2.75* Arsenal vs Tottenham This edition of the North London Derby sees Arsenal (10th) coming in off the back of a string of inconsistent results and Tottenham (7th) having won three straight, now five points behind Chelsea. Harry Kane’s return from injury has been instrumental in Tottenham’s revival, but it’s Gareth Bale who who has been the real story. The Welshman is finally delivering for the Spurs, scoring four goals in his last three games. Arsenal don’t have a player that you could call a consistent match-winner, evident in last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Burnley. Tottenham on the other hand have Kane, Son Heung-min and now Bale.
