MELBOURNE MAGIC shapes as a strong danger, he has the wide draw to contend with but hit the line strongly over 1000m when well supported on debut. SOUTHAMPTON FLARE has been jumping out ok to resume for the new stable. MAUNA KEA MISS will roll forward and give a sight. Selections: 8,2,4,9 Suggested Bet: Illyivy to win Race 2 OBSERVER gave a good sight when beaten by a smart horse on debut and looks set for a similar run. WENTWORTH FALLS brings some solid NSW form and should be suited on firmer ground than last start. SKY DEEL has been jumping out ok and looks suited kicking off at this trip. THUNDERBOLT WAY was ok in a strong race on debut. Selections: 1,7,3,6 Suggested Bet: Observer to win Race 3 SUN GIFT gets a weight swing on BLUESTONE from their last start meeting and that form should hold up. LAST RAIDER stuck on well first up and is sure to have derived improvement from that run. THE DEVIL IN HER would appreciate any rain, she has had been given a solid grounding to step up to this trip and gets blinkers back on. SLANE is unknown at this trip but is fit, racing well and can make his own luck. Selections: 9,3,8,7 Suggested Bet: Sun Gift each way Race 4 ROSE DE VELLOR has been kept fresh since her last start victory and has jumped out well since that run. HEINOUS may be looking for further but ran well first up and should be suited by what should be a strong tempo. TUSCALOOSA GEM broke that maiden in good style last start and should get a decent run on the speed. GRINZINGER POD has the wide draw but will appreciate the drop in grade and will be strong late. SILENT SHARES was strong through the line breaking the maiden first up and will strip fitter. Selections: 3,4,9,2 Suggested Bet: Rose De Vellor each way Race 5 PINK CHANDON has been kept fresh since a solid run at Warrnambool and maps for a good run. JUSTABOOM will strip fitter for a solid return and appreciate the extra 100m. DEELING ACES charged home behind the stablemate at Casterton, she’d be even better suited on Hillside but should appreciate a slightly more spacious track. DANE ON TOUR and THE AUTUMN BELLE have claims Selections: 11,15,8,13 Suggested Bet: Pink Chandon each way Race 6 JAYKAYANN may need some luck from the wide draw but gets the benefit of a claim and should be close to peak fitness third up. HOOPS has appreciated getting out beyond 1600m and stuck on well in a stronger race last time. WHISTLE DOWN may have found the right part of the track at Warrnambool but has upside and the May Carnival form continues to hold up. LUVYA MUMMA stuck on ok after doing plenty of work in a stronger race last start. ENGELINE quickened nicely to win n easier race last start and drops in weight. Selections: 1,3,6,16 Suggested Bet: Jaykayann each way Race 7 DEADLY PRESS has been terrific at both runs this prep and may settle closer form a favourable draw. HOUDINI impressed when well backed for the new stable and seems suited around 1400m. THE WESTERN FRONT has upside and has jumped out well to kick off at a suitable trip. GRID GIRL is fit, consistent and gets a claim from the inside draw. Selections: 5,11,6,3 Suggested Bet: Deadly Press each way Race 8 Tough finish with a likely strong tempo. SCULLY charged late first up and will appreciate what should be a strong tempo. STOKKE will be part of the speed but improved nicely second up and should be further improved. MOONHAVEN has jumped out well between runs and is capable of much better than we saw first up. EGERTON and TREMBLES are among the other winning chances in a deep race.
