FLY TO FAME (7) hasn’t missed a place in her last eight starts and should fight out the finish again. OUR LILILOU (3) is first-up without as trial but showed ability last time in so monitor the market. GLIDING STAR (8) has won three of her last four starts but isn’t as well drawn tonight and will need some luck in running. Tips: 5 7 3 8 Suggested Bet: SWEET IVY (5) to win. Race 2 GOODFELLAZ (1) has resumed with two nice placings and did lead throughout in 1.55.8 over this distance before going for a spell. There is good gate speed to his outside but he will be extremely hard to beat if he can hold up at the start. ALCOPONY (4) has battled bad draws since defeating Street Hawk here five starts back and must be considered tonight. HILLVIEW BONDI (3) only had three starts last time in and hasn’t trialled but his best would see him competitive here. THE WATCH MAKER (11) will be running on. Tips: 1 4 3 11 Suggested Bet: GOODFELLAZ (1) to win. Race 3 NEVERMINDTHECHAOS (9) lost her driver near the line last week but her previous form was extremely consistent and she is clearly the one to beat despite her wide draw. MACHS LEGACY (4) crosses the Nullabor with good NSW form and looks the obvious danger. TONI STREET (1) has recoded one win and four placings from her last five starts and the rise in class is offset by the pole draw. MISSTIANO (5) has finished just behind the placegetters at her last three starts and this is an easier assignment. Tips: 2 3 6 1 Suggested Bet: CLASSIC CHOICE (2) to win. Race 4 ARMA EINSTEIN (5) settled towards the rear and ran on powerfully to defeat a stronger field here last week and is clearly the one to beat. ELDAYTONA (7) faced the breeze when 3rd in that event and can turn the tables if he gets the right run in transit. WAIT FOR THE BELL (1) doesn’t possess gate great speed but looks a good place chance if he gets the right breaks from the pole. IDEAL SECRET (4) has won three out of his last four starts but rises considerably in class for this assignment. Tips: 5 7 1 4 Suggested Bet: ARMA EINSTEIN (5) to win. Race 5 LAVRA JOE (2) resumed with a solid all-the-way win before running on well when 2nd to Magnificent Storm here last week. He looks the likely leader tonight and will give a great sight. SPIRIT OF ST LOUIS (3) is the proven Group One performer in the field who ran a 3m 2nd to Catch A Wave in the Miracle Mile two starts back. This is not his Grand Final but he is clearly a major player. DIEGO (6) has won five of his last six starts, including the WA Pacing Cup and must be considered but he is drawn awkwardly. MINSTREL (4) was a solid 3rd to DIEGO (6) after facing the breeze at his last start and shouldn’t be far away again. Tips: 2 3 6 4 Suggested Bet: LAVRA JOE (2) to win. Race 6 STREET HAWK (8) was a dominant winner of the Preux Chevalier against a stronger field at his last start and is the one to beat if he handles his first attempt at the stand. HECTOR (9) was ultra-impressive in facing the breeze and winning in quick time at his last start but is also seeing the tapes for the first time under race conditions. TAKING THE MIKI (5) jumped straight to the front and was an impressive winner last week and will be hard to catch if she finds the top again. AMERICAN BULLITT (1) sat on the leader when 2nd here last week and can be placed again with a similar trip. Tips: 8 9 5 1 Suggested Bet: STREET HAWK (8) to win. Race 7 GRAN CHICO (3) is working up to his best form with placings at his last two starts and will give plenty of cheek here if he can cross at the start. KIMBLE (8) was held up but hit the line nicely when 2nd to Arma Einstein here last week and can overcome the wide draw. MIDDLEPAGE (1) is racing well and is suited by the staying trip but he is likely to be crossed at the start and will need some luck in running. ROLL UP (6) was a strong winner from the breeze here two starts back and can make his presence felt at each way odds. Tips: 3 8 1 6 Suggested Bet: GRAN CHICO (3) to win. Race 8 RASCAL (2) was a solid 6th in stronger company at his first run back from a spell and is clearly the one to beat against this line-up. STORMYSKYES (1) has been unplaced at her past seven starts but should be a big improver from the pole. REGAL CHEVAL (7) has good gate speed and will give some cheek if he can cross at the start. ROCK ME OVER (3) should enjoy a nice run just off the speed and can be placed. Tips: 2 1 7 3 Suggested Bet: RASCAL (2) to win. Market Market
