Race 1: WESTRAL ROLLER BLINDS WESTBRED MS PACE

MISTER VERSACE (2) hadn’t produced his best recently but improved when a close 3rd to Sarah Goody in slick time. He is drawn inside his main rivals and should give a great sight. HOT FRATERNITY (3) is racing extremely consistently and looks a major player from this draw. LORD WILLOUGHBY (8) was an unlucky 3rd last week and has the best form in the race but has a wide draw to overcome. KERRIN JOSEPH (6) produced something like his best with a fast finishing 2nd last week and could be on the improve.

Suggested Bet: MISTER VERSACE (2) to win.

Race 2: WESTRAL SECURITY DOORS & SCREENS MS PACE

ROCKNROLL LINCOLN (2) led throughout to beat a strong Narrogin Cup field two starts back before working hard when a close 2nd here. He looks a good chance to find the front tonight and will be hard to run down. ZENNART (9) was a strong winner over Risk last start and brings the best form into the race but has the toughest draw. WHOZIDEAWASTHIS (7) sprinted home in 54.5 when an effortless all the way winner last week but will find this harder. A BOY NAMED ROSIE (1) is drawn to be in the finish despite the rise in class.

Suggested Bet: ROCKNROLL LINCOLN (2) to win.

Race 3: WESTRAL TIMBER BLINDS MS PACE

BETTORS FIRE (8) is rarely beaten when he leads in this company and did it comfortably last start. He is drawn wide here but has superior speed to his opposition and is clearly the one to beat again. VULTAN TIN (2) couldn’t get into the race when down the track last start but has a better draw tonight. OUR JIMMY JOHNSTONE (4) ran on when 3rd to BETTORS FIRE (8) last start and shouldn’t be far away again. THE BUCKET LIST (9) broke a track record two starts before galloping away last start and will be running on strongly.

Race 4: WESTRAL OUTDOOR PATIO BLINDS WA OAKS PRELUDE MS PACE

LIBERTY ROSE (5) is undefeated in the three runs she has completed in this state. She led throughout to beat Purest Silk and OUR ANGEL OF HARLEM (9) last week and is drawn inside her main rivals again. OUR ANGEL OF HARLEM (9) is probably the best filly in the event but the draw makes it tough. COTT BEACH (8) was only beaten a head in the WA Derby and could cross from out here if desired. LADY DE LA RENTA (6) had her chance last start but looks better suited at this distance.

Tips: 5 9 8 6

Suggested Bet: LIBERTY ROSE (5) to win.

Race 5: WESTRAL CHAMPAGNE CLASSIC

ITS ROCK AND ROLL (1) hasn’t finished further back than 2nd in his four race starts and was a strong 2nd to Bletchley Park on Monday. He has led throughout from this barrier and appeals from the pole tonight. ITZ ALL ABOUT MAGIC (10) is undefeated in three career starts and draws to get a lovely run in transit. VALBONNE (5) was an impressive 1.55.4 winner at Pinjarra and will be charging home. BABYFACE ADDA (9) is racing extremely well but has a tough draw to overcome.

Suggested Bet: ITS ROCK AND ROLL (1) to win.

Race 6: WESTRAL VERTICAL AND PANEL BLINDS MS PACE

LUIS ALBERTO (1) was a strong winner in good time last start and has the draw to offset the rise in class. He held the front from this barrier five starts back and should prove hard to catch tonight. RISK (8) wasn’t disgraced when outstayed by Zennart last start and is the class runner in this field. CAMPORA (10) is drawn to get a perfect trail on his stablemate and should be dangerous late. FUTURIST (6) has been good at his past two starts but is a bit one-paced.

Tips: 1 8 10 6

Suggested Bet: LUIS ALBERTO (1) to win.

Race 7: WESTRAL VENETIAN AND HONEYCOMB BLINDS THE JOHNSON FINAL

MILLVIEW SIENNA (6) has returned to peak form with dominant wins at her past two starts. She looks likely to have to work in the run again but has shown that is within her capabilities. MY PLATINUM BELLE (4) had all the favours but was still impressive in winning her heat and must be respected. CHEVRONS CHAMPION (1) has been placed at her last four and won’t be far away from her perfect draw. MARY CATHERINE (2) couldn’t get into her heat from a wide but would be a big improver if she could find the front.

Suggested Bet: CHEVRONS CHAMPION (1) each way.

Race 8: WESTRAL PLANTATION SHUTTERS MS PACE

KHUN RATHA (1) led throughout to record an easy victory three starts back and has started from the outside draw at his past two when he couldn’t get into the race. He is drawn to lead tonight and looks very hard to beat. DREDLOCK ROCKSTAR (3) was narrowly beaten in 1.55.1 here last week and looks a major player from the draw. BRONZE SEEKER (2) has been unplaced at his past five starts but can be in the money from this draw. SOKYS BIGBULLET (7) is first up from a spell but would be right in this if near his top.

Suggested Bet: KHUN RATHA (1) to win.

Race 9: WESTRAL CRIMSAFE SECURITY DOORS TROTTERS DISCRETIONARY HANDICAP MS PACE

SUN OF ANARCHY (9) was an impressive winner off a 50m handicap here last start and looks the one to beat from the 10m line tonight. TON TINE (2) worked hard in the last lap when 5th in the same race and would be extremely hard to catch if he could find the front here. SAMMY CHARLES (10) has the remarkable record of being been placed at 29 of his past 31 starts and should be thereabouts again. LIFES DELIGHT (5) beat a weaker field last start but is ready for the rise in class.

Tips: 9 2 10 5

Suggested Bet: SUN OF ANARCHY (9) to win.

Race 10: WESTRAL VERU SHADE CURTAINS MS PACE

MACCHIATTO (2) has disappointed at his five runs since leading throughout when he ran home in 56.8. He has changed stables and would give a great sight over the sprint trip if he could recapture that form. TOUCH OF SUCCESS (3) led and knocked up two starts back but would give them something to chase if he crossed at the start. ABSOLUTION (9) is racing extremely well and can overcome the wide draw if they go hard early. TUAS DELIGHT (10) has disappointed this time in but this draw could work in his favour.
