Race 1

ADVANCE YOUR DREAM (1) has shown ability in her eight race starts and gets her chance to break through tonight. She has finished 2nd at her past two starts and should give a great sight from the pole. POCKET THE CASH (10) has also finished 2nd at his last two starts and should get a lovely run from his trailing draw. STAR FROMTHEPALACE (7) worked hard in the final lap when narrowly beaten here last week and should be in the finish again. ARISTOCRATIC STAR (8) is extremely consistent and must be considered.

Suggested Bet: ADVANCE YOUR DREAM (1) to win.

Race 2

SHE COULD BE GOOD (6) ran on strongly to finish 3rd to Pradas Ideal Dahling at her second run back from a spell. That reads well for a race of this nature and she should prove hard to beat. MANDY JOAN (7) has two wins and two 2nds from her past four starts and should be in the finish again. ZOZO MA GOGO (11) has finished just behind the placegetters in stronger fields at her past few starts and can make her presence felt. BETTORGRINANBARIT (3) wasn’t disgraced after leading last week and can figure.

Tips: 6 7 11 3

Suggested Bet: SHE COULD BE GOOD (6) to win.

Race 3

KING OF SWING (10) has disappointed at his past four starts but indicated that he still has the ability when a dominant Byford trial winner in slick time. He has an awkward draw to overcome but is clearly the class runner of this field. MIGHTY FLYING DEAL (1) led throughout from this draw two starts back and should give a sight despite going up in class. BETTOR REWARD (4) was a close-up 4th in 1.53.9 here last week and looks the other winning chance. DOMINATE THE DOJO (2) is always a place chance when drawn well.

Tips: 10 1 4 2

Suggested Bet: MIGHTY FLYING DEAL (1) each way.

Race 4

CONVERT DENARIO (1) led throughout in 1.54.9 at his last start to announce himself as a serious horse. He goes up a long way in class for this assignment but his times suggest he should give them something to catch. HANDSANDWHEELS (5) faced the breeze when a strong 1.53.9 winner here last week and must be respected. IM SOXY (10) is drawn to get a lovely run and is never far away.  OUR CORELLI (4) won five on end before not being able to get into the race last week but is better drawn tonight.

Tips: 1 5 10 4

Suggested Bet: IM SOXY (10) each way.

Race 5

OCEAN RIDGE (4) resumed from a spell with a dominant 25m victory at Pinjarra. He showed plenty of ability last time in and looks set to win plenty of races this campaign. SPACE JUNK (3) has been a beaten favourite at his four starts since an injury enforced layoff but should be getting back to peak fitness. ONE OFF DELIGHT (1) looks the leader and will give a sight but lacks a touch of class. PRADAS IDEAL DAHLING (7) defeated ONE OFF DELIGHT (1) last week but isn’t as well drawn tonight.

Tips: 4 5 1 7

Suggested Bet: OCEAN RIDGE (4) to win.

Race 6

LIAM NEIL (2) led throughout to win here five starts back and hasn’t had much luck at his four subsequent unplaced runs. He looks a good chance to find the top tonight and should prove hard to catch. ROCK ME OVER (3) finished 3rd to Carter Micheal here on Tuesday and shouldn’t be far away again from this draw. SMOLDERING ASHES (8) led when a fair 3rd here last week and can play a part despite the wide barrier. CRYSTAL SPARKLES (5) ran 5th in the Carter Micheal race on Tuesday and could be an improver here.

Suggested Bet: LIAM NEIL (2) to win.

Race 7

WAIMAC ATTACK (2) has finished runner-up at two of his past three starts and looks a great chance to go one better if he can find the top tonight. BELTANE (8) faced the breeze when 3rd here last week and has the strength to overcome the wide draw. HOT FRATERNITY (3) is first up from a long absence but will give this a shake if near his best. JOE WITH THE FLOW (1) looks a great place chance from the pole and is now with Ross Olivieri.

Suggested Bet: WAIMAC ATTACK (2) to win.

Race 8

ELOQUENT MACH (5) galloped out from the stand here last week but put up a great performance to defeat Atmospherical. He will be better suited by the longer trip tonight but will want to begin safely and stay in front of his main rivals. FIZZING (12) won three stands on end before being unable to get into the race in a mobile event and looks an obvious danger. BETTOR SCOOT (9) is racing well and does like the stands. ROMAN AVIATOR (6) faced the breeze when a solid 4th here last week and can play a part.

Tips: 5 12 9 6

Suggested Bet: ELOQUENT MACH (5) to win.

Race 9

LIVURA (3) attempted to lead throughout when 2nd here three starts back and has drawn poorly at his two subsequent runs. He looks a good chance to find the top here and should give them something to catch. SPEED MAN (7) worked hard when a brave 2nd here last week and will be right in the finish again. BOB WHEEL (2) is racing consistently and won’t be far away from this draw. MIGHTY FLYING THOMAS (1) is getting on in years but is racing well enough to be a place chance from the pole.

Tips: 3 7 2 1

Suggested Bet: LIVURA (3) to win.

Race 10

MAJOR TROJAN (3) is the reigning WA Derby winner who resumed from a spell with a comfortable 1.55.2 victory. He is drawn inside his main rivals and should be winning again. MAJOR POCKET (5) has run 2nd at his last two starts in stronger fields and looks the only danger. BECHERS BROOK (6) is the 3rd best horse in the race but has an awkward draw to overcome. HY LEEXCITING (4) finished 2nd to MAJOR TROJAN (3) at his last start and can be placed again with the right run.

Tips: 3 5 6 4

Suggested Bet: Quinella MAJOR TROJAN (3) & MAJOR POCKET (5).
