FASTER THAN DAD (2) ran on well to finish 2nd to Prince Of Pleasure in 1.54.7 here last week and this looks an easier assignment. IFEEL SIKDARL (1) had this draw when he chased to finish 2nd in that event and must be considered again. ROCKSTAR REBEL (4) led throughout from a wider draw here last week and will give some cheek if he can cross at the start. Tips: 7 2 1 4 Suggested Bet: SUGAR STREET (7) to win. Race 2 MASTER PUBLISHER (1) is racing extremely well with one win and four placings from his past five starts and is clearly the one to beat if he can hold up at the start. WITHOUTTHETUH (2) has been disappointing but has brilliant gate speed and could improve sharply here. CARRERA MACH (10) will enjoy a soft run on the pegs and can be dangerous at good each way odds. KNOW WHEN TO RUN (9) has a tough draw to overcome but he was well backed to beat a stronger field last week. Tips: 1 2 10 9 Suggested Bet: CARRERA MACH (10) each way. Race 3 EIGHTEEN CARAT (5) won three on end before before running a brave 2nd in the Mares Classic here last week and is clearly the one to beat tonight from a better draw. FIFTY FIVE REBORN (1) led and finished 2nd to the favourite on consecutive occasions recently and a similar result is on the cards. BETTOR GET IT ON (2) has been battling wide barriers lately and should be a big improver here. MISS LIMELIGHT (8) led throughout to defeat a similar field here last week but the wide draw makes this a lot tougher. Tips: 5 1 2 3 Suggested Bet: EIGHTEEN CARAT (5) to win. Race 4 GAMBIT (12) is absolutely flying and was a gallant 2nd to Diego here last week. He has the same draw to overcome tonight but should be fighting out the finish again. PRINCE OF PLEASURE (6) couldn’t have been more impressive in winning all six starts this time in and his times indicate that he is ready for the rise in class. MIGHTY CONQUEROR (8) looked back to his best when a strong 3rd at his last start and is suited by the 2536m journey. IDEAL AGENT (5) has won his last two starts in easier company and can play a part with the right trip. Tips: 12 6 8 5 Suggested Bet: GAMBIT (12) each way. Race 5 JUMPINGJACKMAC (11) is a seasoned 4YO who has overcome tough runs to be placed behind LAVRA JOE (12) at his last two starts and will appreciate the nice trailing draw tonight. EL CHEMA (1) has options at the start and has the turn of foot to be extremely dangerous if the breaks go his way. TENZING BROMAC (2) isn’t the most reliable conveyance but he will give a great sight if he can find the front. LAVRA JOE (12) has defeated similar fields at his last two starts and must be considered but is drawn poorly. Tips: 11 1 2 12 Suggested Bet: EL CHEMA (1) each way. Race 6 ELDAYTONA (2) ran on well to finish 3rd here last week in 1.54.9 and will give a great sight if he can find the top in the early stages. TYPHOON BANNER (3) has been placed in nine of his last ten starts and should be ready to show his best at his third run back from a spell. BEAT CITY (9) hasn’t finished further back than 4th in his past 11 starts and will be charging home if there is a solid tempo. ALTA RHETT (1) will appreciate the pole draw and looks a big improver tonight. Tips: 2 3 9 1 Suggested Bet: ELDAYTONA (2) to win. Race 7 LITTLE DARLING (7) has been placed at her past six starts including a good 2nd here last week and gets her chance to break back into the winners’ circle tonight. FIVE BANGLES (5) led throughout to defeat LITTLE DARLING (7) two starts back and will give a great sight if she can find the top. CHAMPAGNE EVERYONE (10) is racing well but will need some luck in running from this draw. ELLI MIRANDO (2) goes up in class on her first-up win but she did run home in 55.8 on that occasion and must be considered. Tips: 7 5 10 2 Suggested Bet: LITTLE DARLING (7) to win. Race 8 COOPER (3) led throughout to win from the stand at his last start before a spell and warmed up for this assignment with a nice 2nd to ROBBIE ROCKET (9) in a Byford trial. He meets that pacer 10m better off here and looks the one to beat. AUSSIE SCOOTER (2) is only a fair beginner from the tapes but he will be extremely hard to beat if he could find the top. ROBBIE ROCKET (9) and FIREROCKFIREROLL (8) are both racing extremely well in stands and could fight out the finish if neither of the favoured pair find the front. Tips: 3 2 9 8 Suggested Bet: COOPER (3) to win. Race 9 SANGUE REALE (7) looked to be a future topliner two years ago but he hasn’t lived up to that potential. He resumes for a new stable tonight and a 1.56.4 trial win indicates he could be back to his best. IMA ROCKABILLY REBEL (5) has been beaten as a short-priced favourite at his last two starts but should break back into the winners’ circle soon. MASTER LEIGHTON (1) has been unplaced in all seven starts this time in but he hasn’t had much luck and can improve sharply from the pole. CORDERO (2) ran 2nd to Patronus Star three starts back and should be prominent throughout. Tips: 7 5 1 2 Suggested Bet: SANGUE REALE (7) to win. Race 10 SERIOUS MOONLITE (1) crosses the Tasman with strong NZ form and a nice 2nd in a recent Byford trial indicates that he is clearly the one to beat against this line-up. GLORAFILIA (10) is drawn to trail the favourite and looks a great place chance. LIVY JAY (6) has been taking on the state’s best mares and will appreciate a drop in class. NAME IN LIGHTS (2) is nicely drawn and can be placed at odds. Tips: 1 10 6 2 Suggested Bet: SERIOUS MOONLITE (1) to win. Market Market
