Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document (‘Terms and Conditions’).
  2. The promoter is Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) (ABN: 21 347 055 603) of 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA.
  3. The promotional period commences at 11.30AM (WST), Thursday 4 September 2025 and ends at 9:00AM (WST), Wednesday 10 September 2025.
  4. Entry Criteria: a. To be eligible to enter the Fremantle Dockers Signed Football Instagram Competition promotion, customers must enter via leaving a comment of the relevant post on TABtouch Instagram account. b. Entries are limited to one entry, per person. c. RWWA is not liable and does not accept responsibility for: a participant’s entry that is not received or which is received and subsequently corrupt or rejected.
  5. RWWA is not responsible for: any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prizes, promotions, or relevant fixtures beyond RWWA’s reasonable control; any technical failures or unavailability of the RWWA website or other related platforms.
  6. Entry is open to residents of WA over 18 years of age (Eligible Entrants). Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and suppliers and contractors to this promotion. For the purpose of this promotion, immediate families is defined as Mother, Father, sister, brother, spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises.
  7. Excludes residents of VIC, QLD, NSW, SA, ACT, TAS and NT.
  8. Two (2) winners will be the drawn from the entries on Wednesday September 10 2025 at 9.00AM (WST). A total of two (2) winners will be selected during the promotional period.
  9. There are twp (2) prizes to be won. Each prize is a Sherrin AFL Game Ball signed by the 2025 Fremantle Dockers squad.
  10. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday September 10 2025 at 9.00AM (WST) at 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, WA.
  11. The winners will be drawn by random name selector for all valid entries received. Should the winner be uncontactable within a 24 hour period from prize draw or unable to accept the prize, an additional random draw will take place.
  12. The prize (or any part thereof) is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services or redeemable for cash. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of that prize.
  13. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, for any reason, or the winner is unable to use the prize (or part of the prize) the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  14. Entries received after the closing time and date will not be accepted.
  15.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
