TERMS & CONDITIONS: Calcio Italiano Bankwest Club Competition

  1. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
  2. The promoter is Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) (ABN 21 347 055 603) of 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017 (Promoter).
  3. The promotion commences at 4:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 and closes at 1:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 3 August 2026 (Promotional Period). 
  4. Entry is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Entrants). Employees of the Promoter and its related agencies, suppliers and contractors involved in this promotion, including Optus Stadium, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes a parent, sibling, spouse (including de facto spouse) or child residing in the same household. 
  5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:
  6. Comment on the promotional Facebook or Instagram post with the match they would like to attend (AC Milan vs Inter Milan or Juventus vs Inter Milan); and
  7. Follow the TABtouch account on the platform through which the entry is submitted.
  8. Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in unlawful or improper conduct.
  10. Two (2) prizes are available to be won:
  11. One (1) double pass to AC Milan vs Inter Milan on 5 August 2026; and
  12. One (1) double pass to Juventus vs Inter Milan on 8 August 2026.
  13. Entrants will only be eligible to win the match nominated in their entry submission. One (1) winner will be selected for each prize. The total prize pool value is $ 10000 AUD. The prize draw will take place at 1:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 3 August 2026 at 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017.
  14.  Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. Entries nominating AC Milan vs Inter Milan will be included only in the draw for that prize, and entries nominating Juventus vs Inter Milan will be included only in the draw for that prize.
  15. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered within 24 hours of the draw.
  16. Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time frame, is ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
  17. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner complies with any conditions imposed by the ticket issuer, venue operator or event organiser.
  18. If a prize (or any part of a prize) becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable laws, to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. The venue operator is not required to provide a substitute prize.
  19. The Promoter is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, delay or change to the event, prize or promotion arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Optus Stadium and associated event organisers are not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, delay or change to the event resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
  20. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction, failure, interruption or unavailability of any website, platform, network or service used in connection with the promotion, nor for any lost, late, corrupted, misdirected or incomplete entries.
  21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with attending the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals, parking or incidental expenses.
  22. By entering the promotion, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, repost and communicate their entry for promotional and marketing purposes across TABtouch-owned channels without further compensation.
  23. Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the RWWA Privacy Policy available at www.rwwa.com.au.
  24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any liability arising in connection with this promotion.
  25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice if necessary.
  26. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
