These terms and conditions are issued by Racing and Wagering Western Australia (ABN 21 347 055 603) of 14 Hasler Road, Osbourne Park (Promoter) in relation to AFL Grand Final Promotion 2026 (Promotion). 2. Entering into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions as set out in this document. Promotional Period 3. The Promotion commences at 00:00 on July 31 2026. 4. The Promotion ends at 23:59 on September 7. Eligibility 5. Entry into the Promotion is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or older only who are not: a. employees and immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and suppliers and contractors to the Promotion, including the Venues, are not eligible to enter. For the purpose of this Promotion, immediate families is defined as mother, father, sister, brother, spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises; b. agencies of the Promoter and vendors or other companies associated with the Promotion; and c. residents located in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania and Northern Territory, Entry Criteria 6. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must place a bet on the AFL in the eligible TAB Venue during the Promotional Period. 7. Entries received after the close of the Promotional Period will not be accepted. 8. It is the responsibility of each Eligible Entrant to ensure that their Entry is properly submitted and received by the Promoter, including but not limited to entering the correct details on their Entry. The Promotor is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected Entries due to an error of an Eligible Entrant. 9. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. 10. Customers are able to enter multiple times across venues into ths promotion. Prize 11. The Prize is a table for 6, including food and beverage package to the AFL Grand Final event at the Camfield on Saturday September 26. 12. The Prize (or any part thereof) is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services or redeemable for cash. 13. In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize (or the relevant part of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 15. These terms and conditions, the Promotion and any claim or dispute between the Promoter and an Eligible Entrant are governed by the laws of Western Australia. 16. Eligible Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Western Australia in connection with any dispute concerning these terms and conditions and the Promotion. Dispute resolution 17. In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or a Prize, Eligible Entrants must contact the Promoter to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. General conditions 18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. 19. In the event that a Winner(s) breaches these terms and conditions, the Winner(s) will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 20. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
