Sully’s NRL Round 11 Preview Posted on May 18, 2017 | Posted by James Sullivan The Cowboys head to Shark Park to open Round 11 where the 2 points will be vital to both teams with Origin period just around the corner. An incredible 80% winning strike rate will give the Dragons plenty of confidence as they head to Waikato to take on the Warriors with their fans still shaking their heads after last week’s loss. The Broncos are rolling along nicely and should be too strong for West Tigers at Suncorp. The Titans are on a 3 game winning streak including victories over the Sharks and Storm and they host the Sea Eagles on Saturday. Then two teams who both suffered heavy losses last week clash at ANZ in the Eels & Raiders. There is some superb action to look forward to on Sunday and it starts in Newcastle where the buoyant Knights clash with the Penrith Panthers. In game 2 the Roosters enter this match on the back of their biggest win of the season, that’s not the case for their opponent the Bulldogs. It’s all eyes on WA on Sunday night when the Rabbitohs bring a game to NIB for the 9th consecutive season, this time welcoming the Storm. There are no shortage of teams that have poor records against the Storm and unfortunately for the Bunnies their record is close to the worst. 26 times they have met with the Storm prevailing on 22 occasions. It’s hard to tip against that statistic.
