Race 5 No. 8 Wise Barra 

We were on her last week, and if you want me to be totally honest? In the run I thought she was $1.10 but she couldn’t run down Sunset Hornet who she meets here again, similar to last weeks set up, plenty of early speed and she’s out where she wants to be, hopefully this week she can go one better.

Tips: 8-2-3-6

Race 6 No. 1 Tommy The Lion

He’s been hard to catch on recent outings, but he won’t get a better opportunity to bounce back into the winners list in this race, drawn the pole and gets the luxury of Come On Mango in box 2 which likes to scout wide, so Tommy boy is going to get an absolute airport up along the rails to drive through early doors, and wouldn’t be surprised if he jumped on the arm and put these to the sword tonight. Very hard to beat.

Tips: 1-5-2-8

Race 8 No. 7 Sunset Comanche

He’s been good the big fellow since resuming from a spell with a first up crushing victory and then he was superb when 3rd last week, he’s well drawn wide as he likes to loop them. He’s also been in much tougher company than this in his career, looks a lovely race for him to strike again here, tough to roll.
