Scott’s Saturday Pinjarra Preview Posted on January 4, 2018 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 DEHEUNE is drawn the wrong side of the track but in a small field shouldn’t be too far away from the outside fence. IN THE BOOT did it tough first-up in a far tougher race. DEEP COVER has been well supported at both runs this preparation and blinkers are added. GROOVERSHAKER was solid resuming. Numbers: 10 – 9 – 2 – 4 Suggested Bet – DEHEUNE EACHWAY Race 2 LUCKY ROAR was a big improver when stepping out in distance, this is winnable. ICE CRUSHER looks the logical selection but is drawn awkwardly. FREQUENTER will go round at huge prices but can give cheek. HOODLUM THUNDER was set a task first-up in the Guineas. Numbers: 9 – 5 – 8 – 1 Suggested Bet – LUCKY ROAR WIN Race 3 SATURIA is speedy and should be able to find the outside fence. From there she controls affairs. CHISANO is a little pocket rocket, should zip along with the leaders. FLASH OF THUNDER is very green and new but looks a talent. SALUBRIOUS is the class runner but a query at the trip. Numbers: 8 – 10 – 6 – 1 Suggested Bet – SATURIA EACHWAY Race 4 SANDALWOOD has always shown above average ability and if he is anywhere near wound up for this assignment can give it a big shake at a price. THE GOSPEL SIN should relish this sort of weight relief. PINBALL WIZARD likely ends up in the breeze and is going well. MAJESTIC MAN could be the blow out off a soft run. Numbers: 10 – 3 – 1 – 6 Suggested Bet – SANDALWOOD EACHWAY Race 5 STORM DANCER looked at the trials like he was back towards his best and if that is the case he will take some beating. ARAFURA is drawn awkwardly but this race is easier than what he contested last weekend. DOUBLE DIGIT maps to get a nice run midfield and can fire fresh. HARRY THOMAS should slide forwards from his awkward gate. Numbers: 6 – 7 – 2 – 3 Suggested Bet – STORM DANCER WIN Race 6 I DONE IT looks likely to park outside the lead and from there he can go very close after two strong efforts in Geraldton. QUEEN BEY was arguably a good thing beat last start when held up for the majority. BLUSTERY could sneak under the radar with an unorthodox preparation. PRYING TOM is getting close. Numbers: 2 – 6 – 4 – 5 Suggested Bet – I DONE IT EACHWAY Race 7 WRINKLY is going great guns this preparation and off the short turn around and down in the weights he can lead, roll and win. DJANGO has been impressive of late in harder races. CLASSICAL PRINCE is working towards another win. RED PUBLISHER can position closer than recent and run well. Numbers: 3 – 1 – 7 – 10 SuperPick - Race 7 No. 3 Wrinkly - Win Boost Race 8 PUSH TO PASS gets in well at the weights after the claim and usually bobs up at eachway odds once or twice a preparation. MISSILE LAUNCH is still learning but everything we have seen so far suggests he is a nice horse in the making. BLACKLINE could roll to the top and prove hard to catch. RUSSIAN RIVER was afforded no luck last time out. Numbers: 2 – 7 – 6 – 4 Suggested Bet – PUSH TO PASS EACHWAY Race 9 GEE BOSS belted rivals at his last outing and has a victory down the Pinjarra straight. Drawn perfectly and well weighted after the claim he picks himself. MORE ACES was never a winning chance after going back first-up. Best to forget he went round. SWEET ORA returned well and looks as though she will win one soon. SEEKER has an imposing straight record, especially with blinkers. Numbers: 4 – 1 – 9 – 8 Suggested Bet – GEE BOSS WIN Quaddie (Races 6 – 9) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 2, 4, 6, 7 4 Bet Now
