Scott Embry’s Sunday Pinjarra Preview Posted on May 31, 2019 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 INSPIRATIONAL GIRL was an effortless watch for all favourite backers on debut. She showed well above average ability at trials and it was over at the 300m when she waltzed straight past them. Looks a nice filly. ORAVA should ensure the race is not a cake walk. Nice progressive galloper with race fitness and the inside gate. QUINTARO can whack away into a placing. STELLA ANNE racing below her early three year old form. Numbers: 4 – 1 – 3 – 5 Suggested Bet – INSPIRATIONAL GIRL WIN Race 2 SNIPPY MISS caught the eye on debut when running some fast finishing sections. From the inside gate expecting her to settle a bit closer in the run and Pike should give her every chance. MOOD DOGGESS was backed strongly on debut down the tricky 1000m straight. May pay to forgive. EYE OF THE DAY should come across and if she leads them will be hard to run down. MAZIE MCGREW is better than her last run. Numbers: 8 – 9 – 5 – 6 Suggested Bet – SNIPPY MISS WIN Race 3 LIL’ RED BIKINI lost the race out of the gates last start. Was noticeably slowly away and had to fire up to find the front. After that was attacked and left a sitting duck. Can break maiden here. LIVING DAYLIGHTS was well in the market at two runs last campaign and never really got warm. Blinkers on can improve. STREET FAIR should have no excuse from the inside and is improving. BEANIE is a well named son of Helmet and showed a bit at trials. Numbers: 8 – 10 – 5 – 7 Suggested Bet – LIL RED BIKINI WIN Race 4 DA’LADIESTUNE ran well on debut behind a fairly good 3 year old in Playing Marika. Will need this trip and beyond but trialed well behind a speedy filly in False Statement. Definite eachway chance in an open race. GALGA didn’t race nearly as well as the ability demonstrated at trials. WORTH SQUARE trialed nicely. GIOVANNI RACER went well behind Choice Command. Numbers: 10 – 7 – 3 – 4 Suggested Bet – DA’LADIESTUNE EACHWAY Race 5 RIVALRY GALORE was big on debut at 100-1and backed it up with a game effort last start behind Luke’s Choice. Looks better suited out to a mile and strikes a race without a lot of depth. HIGHEST REGARD is limited but gets a soft draw to stalk the speed. SILVER SCOUT will improve stepping out in trip, East Coast maiden form is reasonable. RUN FOR WINNIE showed a bit last start and can improve at a price. Numbers: 5 – 6 – 1 – 7 Suggested Bet – RIVALRY GALORE WIN Race 6 PHANDIERI had her first start around a bend last time out when far from disgraced running fourth behind Inspirational Girl. Should get the right run here and looks the one to beat. ONYA HEAD has had a number of campaigns and opportunities to break maiden status. Best allowed to roll so fresh might be the go. PRIARDY can run a race at big prices, has a turn of foot. OUR MATE BOOTS is drawn awkwardly but has a fair bit of early toe. Numbers: 10 – 2 – 9 – 1 Suggested Bet – PHANDIERI WIN Race 7 PRINCE DEVOUTLY sat outside of Wakan Tanka and was run down by Gunflint in a Northam maiden which broke the track record. Last start was backed as if unbeatable on the back of those times and duly saluted. Should step into C1 company and win. CARRANYA LASS is a nice mare and very consistent. Wins in her. YADREAMIN’ is lightly raced and should get a soft run. WAR CLASS does a bit wrong but has an X-Factor. Numbers: 1 – 3 – 7 – 4 Suggested Bet – PRINCE DEVOUTLY WIN Race 8 ARAFURA is a 1000m straight winner previously which is a huge positive. Last few races have been in tougher grade than this and looks well placed especially with a claiming apprentice. FORK HANDLES is suited up against the outside fence and has the speed to hold it. LIDO BEACH is interestingly placed. Sure to be hard in the market but not sold yet. TEXAS MOON can sit infront of Fork Handles and lead and win. Numbers: 1 – 5 – 7 – 4 Suggested Bet – ARAFURA WIN Race 9 PATRISTIC stepping out to 2000m for the first time makes for an intriguing race. Holds the speed to lead races over 1200m so should come across without any problems at all. Could be a nice stayer in the making. SOULSANA is one paced and suited to the trip. ALTAMONT has been going alright in tougher races than this. LENNON’S SONG drops in grade and has a senior on. Watch the market. Numbers: 2 – 5 – 6 – 8 Suggested Bet – PATRISTIC WIN Quaddie (Race 6 – 9) 1,2,6,9,10 1 1,4,5,7 2 Market Market
