Scott Embry’s Saturday Broome Preview Posted on May 31, 2019 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 SAXON PRINCESS should bounce straight to the front and jump start a big season for Bonnie Palise and Jake Casey. Would be no surprise to see them win leading rider and leading trainer. CONVICTED MAN looks the big danger. Has some nice maiden form as a 2 year old but doesn’t have a lot of early toe. HIDDEN ADDICTION will pick up a maiden early. DOLCITY can improve. Numbers: 7 – 2 – 5 – 4 Suggested Bet – SAXON PRINCESS WIN Race 2 A GOOD PLAN was a break out find for team Casey last season. Jumps and runs, should be all over after 50m. UNBREAKABLE will be looking for further but should hit the line. MEGAFACTORY is ever consistent, rarely far from the action but 1100 is on the sharper side for him. DESERT THORN went through the grades last season and can win a couple more. Numbers: 3 – 1 – 5 – 6 Suggested Bet – A GOOD PLAN WIN Race 3 BRINGON THE VEUVE could give Bonnie Palise a wonderful opportunity at a winning treble in the opening three races of the season. Shows speed and should come across to at worst sit in the breeze. Hard to beat. COLHOUN is a nice pick up for the Gulberti stable. Lightly raced and very consistent. MIRISISTIBLE is a huge mare who should appreciate being in front on the dirt. MYBAK will get off them but has a sharp turn of foot. Numbers: 4 – 1 – 6 – 7 Suggested Bet – BRINGON THE VEUVE WIN Race 4 ZACHARIAH BEAU was able to pick one up in the metro area on his way to Broome. Eye catching chestnut who should go through the grades this season. Looks a really good race for him. FLAT BICCY should prove a good acquisition for the Pateman yard. Rock hard fit and races on the pace. FUTURIST query at the trip but has raced well since arriving in WA two campaigns ago. ARMOURER has speed and could pinch one of these. Numbers: 1 – 2 – 6 – 8 Suggested Bet – ZACHARIAH BEAU WIN Race 5 ADMIRAL PROMO is a 3 year old who has only had the six career starts. Last preparation ran fourth in a 3yo NMW finishing only three lengths off Unikat and Blackwood River. Brings that form he would be hard to roll. ROSTOCK will get over far further, looking like a Cups type if he can win a few on the way through. SLICK TALKER won at the opening meet last season and can sprint well fresh. RED GLOW has had a few fitness runs and loves it up in front at Broome. Numbers: 9 – 7 – 5 – 3 Suggested Bet – ADMIRAL PROMO WIN Race 6 TRIPELETTO and PARTY NIGHT both have blistering early tow. They should clear out and take up the running between them. TRIPELETTO likely has to sit in the breeze but form all last campaign was good enough to win this. PARTY NIGHT is jump and run and should be winning one or two in Broome. WELL SPOKEN MAN is proven on the dirt. METALLIC BELLE may be looking for a touch further but will be there abouts. Numbers: 4 – 7 – 1 – 3 Suggested Bet – TRIPELETTO WIN Quaddie (Race 3 – 6) 1,4 1,2 3,5,7,9 1,3,4,7 Market Market
