Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Rundown Posted on May 20, 2016May 23, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 1 No. 1 Legerity Team Hawkes youngster who looks very well placed to win again here with the two runners that chased him home on debut (Baltic Whisper and Archives) electing to go around at Doomben. Straight to the front on that occasion he was able to control the race pulling out plenty in the run to the line. Drawn to lead again tomorrow he’ll be very hard to run down. RACE 3 No. 4 Speith Lightly raced Victorian trained galloper who has always had a bit of a boom on him. Less than 5 lengths from Japonisme, Counterattack and co. in the Group 2 Arrowfield over the Championships before appreciating the much easier grade when bolting in at Kembla last time out. He lumped 61kg and showed a real turn of foot to score running away. Confident he can produce a similar effort here. RACE 9 No. 11 Grunderzeit Another one from the Godolphin yard who looks nicely placed tomorrow. Not far away both runs back from a break both being without luck having raced tight first up before trapped deep latest racing without cover. Drawn well he should gain a perfect run in the race tomorrow and will be given every chance by Brenton Avdulla.
