Michael McDermott’s Weekend Greyhound Preview Posted on September 7, 2018 | Posted by Michael McDermott Mandurah Friday 7th September 2018 Race 5 – No. 2 Governess Has given plenty of cheek at her past two exits from this draw, both in this company at big odds. Expected to go around at double figures again but is worth an Each Way ticket with those efforts in mind. Race 7 – No. 6 High Above Can be hit and miss at box rise but when he gets it right he can really motor. Saves his best for wide draws and will find this a bit easier than last week. Race 8 – No. 6 Crafty Rama Showed great track sense at Cannington last start from an awkward draw, overcoming plenty of early bother to salute over the 380m. Makes his Mandurah debut but is in red hot form and should give this a real shake. Market Market Cannington Saturday 8th September 2018 Race 4 – No. 6 Cropduster Electrifying beginner who has led all the way in 4 of her last 6 starts. Has struggled from this draw in the past but is surrounded by moderate beginners and will prove hard to run down if she pings the lids. Race 7 – No. 4 Desert Rampage Experienced chaser who has won 30 of his 64 starts. Racing in top form and while tackling the 520m for the first time in his career, he will make his presence felt. Race 8 – No. 5 Chips and Trains Has raced well without much luck in tougher line ups than this in the past. Will be relying on early luck but if finding open space, he will prove hard to hold out. QUADDIE (Race 5 to 8): 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 / 2, 3, 4, 6 / 2, 3, 4, 8 / 1, 2, 5. $50 for 20.83% TRIFECTA – Race 8 1, 2, 5 / 1, 2, 5, 7 / 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8. $30 for 66.66% FIRST FOUR – Race 6 2, 3, 4, 6 / 2, 3, 4, 6 / 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 / 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8. $50 for 26.04% Market Market
