Michael McDermott’s Weekend Greyhound Preview Posted on November 13, 2020November 13, 2020 | Posted by Michael McDermott Mandurah Friday, 13th November 2020 Race 2 – No. 1 Torza Winless in 3 runs in red but she’s had to chase home the likes of Einsteinium and Mermaid Monelli in each of those outings, all in this FFA company. Will find this line up more to her liking and should prove too slick for these. Race 9 – No. 5 Sunset Atomic Prolific podium finisher with the early toe to overcome the awkward draw. Back up to 405m after some mixed results over the short course. Can go on with it now and work his way through the grades. Race 10 – No. 8 Sir Monty While he has only won the once in 4 tries over the trip, he gets plenty of room to move out wide and should take running down with the early pace he possesses first up from a spell. Each Way: Race 7 – No. 4 Santa’s Magic Will appreciate the vacant draw to his inside. Has twice in the past dropped back to his trip after 520m outings and posted all the way wins in the 22.40’s, albeit in much easier but is capable of causing a boil over with the right run in transit. Quaddie (Race 5 to 8): 1.4.5 / 1.2 / 4.5.8 / 1.4.5.6.8 $50 for 83.88% Bet Now! Bet Now! Cannington Saturday, 14th November 2020 Race 2 – No .5 All Zipped Up Yet to miss a place since rising to the trip and should find this easier than his past couple of outings. Another slick jump should see him find the front, avoid trouble and prove hard to run past. Race 4 – No. 4 Rambo’s Boy While find this field more to his liking. Yet to be placed in blue but if he jumps as well as he did two back from the draw, he’ll go a long way to winning and in turn, re-gaining his confidence. Has the class bounce back to his best. Race 10 – No. 7 Projectory Battling to land a good draw but did overcome the squeeze box and plenty of early bother when breaking his maiden status two back, posting a solid 30.19. Had no luck again in a much tougher Young Stars Classic heat last week but he can make amends in this line up. Each Way: Race 6 – No. 2 Jackson County Has yet to disgrace himself since switching to town, finishing in and around the placings in all 4 efforts over varying trips. Drawn favourably and will be running on strong late. Will jag a win in this company sooner than later. Quaddie (Race 5 to 8): 1.2.5 / 1.2.4.6 / 2.5.8 / 8 $50 for 138.88% Trifecta – Race 2 5 / 3.4.6.8 / 3.4.6.8 $30 for 250% First Four – Race 4 2.4 / 2.4 / 1.3 / 1.3.5.6.7.8 $50 for 250% Bet Now! Bet Now! Mandurah Sunday, 15th November 2020 Race 5 – No. 2 Sudoku Jaguar His only unplaced run in 6 tries over the trip resulted in a 4th when contesting a Dash heat in September. That night kicked off a losing streak of 7 for him but that was the last time he was seen over the journey and he can bounce back to his best in his return. Race 7 – No. 1 Infinity Speed Winless in 5 exits from the draw but he has faced stiffer opposition than this in each of those outings at a variety of tracks and distances. Has found form over the 600m recently and looks too strong for his rivals back over his pet distance. Race 6 – No. 6 Equity Fund Mixing form and recent times haven’t been all that flash but he has the class edge on his rivals. Can also handle a wide draw and should give supporters a good sight.
