Race 7 – No. 1 Slingshot Gypsy Has led all the way at her past two since returning to the 405m, accounting for FFA company in slick times. Drawn ideally and can notch up the hat trick. Race 9 – No. 5 Westdale Drifter Suffered a rare defeat last start when finishing in midfield when finding bother throughout. Prior to that he strung 6 wins together, all in 22.75 or quicker. Cannington Saturday, 20th July 2019 Race 6 – No. 7 Two Times Twice Makes his Cannington debut after some mixed results down at Mandurah. His mother won the 2014 National Sprint Final on the old Cannington circuit and he’ll be hoping to notch up his first local win before his tilt at a chance of National glory in a months time. Race 8 – No. 1 Jerky Boy Consistent without winning and while recent times haven’t been that flash, he has drawn ideally and can pinch an early break on his rivals. Will be in it for a long way. Race 10 – No. 4 Lillard Well-bred chaser making his race debut after an impressive 8 length trial win in 29.93. Tougher on debut but looks well above average.
