Race 4 – No. 2  Shadow Ace

Consistent without winning, finishing runner up in all of his past 3 at varying T/D. Unplaced just twice over the trip and the small field and favourable draw should help in chasing down early leaders for the elusive victory.

Race 5 – No. 7  West On Jasper

All the winner on debut but has had no luck since in two runs from this draw and similar. If he can get away to a flying start and land in front, they’ll have a hard time getting near him in this line up.

Race 6 – No. 5  Wicked Rhythm

Hasn’t been seen over 520m since November last year, having done all her racing since then at 600m or more. She was in fine form before heading out over longer though, finishing on the podium in 9 of 12 and posting some slick times as well. Can make her return to the sprint trip a winning one.
