Race 1

WHEELSOFORTUNE (7) is a versatile type who will be rolling the gate and trying to be in a dominant position, he is race fit and looks hard to beat. WAKE UP GEOFF (5) returns and last time we saw him was when he was placed in the Golden Slipper, he must be respected. AMERICAN FALCON (11) had no luck first up and expected to perform better here. CINCH (3) has been racing well and is a novelty chance with BROOKLANDS LAST (2) who returns and has only the one run in her career which was a win. CHEFS KISS (4) is capable at longer odds to run into the top 4 and respect GENTLEMANS PROMISE (10).

Suggested Bet: WHEELSOFORTUNE (7) to win.

Race 2

BEATITLIKEBECA (5) will be coming out hard and looking for the top and should find it in this and be able to go on his winning way, very hard to beat. AMERICAN TYPHOON (2) will use her early speed to lead and then likely take cover, strong place chance. FROM TIGERLAND (8) has been highly impressive since returning, still learning the caper so the wide draw over a mile is of concern but his high speed can bring him into it although it’s a significant step up in grade. GRACEFUL SHARK (3) is a novelty chance with NOWUSEEMEGRIN (11).

Tips: 5 8 2 3

Suggested Bet: AMERICAN TYPHOON (2) to place.

Race 3

EASTON QUALITY (2) looks well placed to use her early speed and find the top and from there is going to be hard to run down at the mile, trial a few weeks was very good and since then hasn’t had any luck, this looks much more suitable. VINNIES STAR (5) was just plain on return but could be kept safe in the market more due to Stuart McDonald being his trainer, expected to improve but needs to be a price to get involved for mine. FUEGO CRUZADO (1) lacks a bit of early speed but will settle close enough and can feature in the money. MISTA EDITORIAL (6) would’ve benefitted from the first up effort but faces a tricky map with PACIFIC EAGLE (7) and DANGER (8). GALVINSTON JOHN (12) will be running on.

Suggested Bet: EASTON QUALITY (3) to win.

Race 4

HAVEYOMETTED (1) has been racing well without much luck with draws and maps in his races, gets the draw and has the speed to lead and give them something to catch. KINKY (7) has come back well and likely to roll forward and get into a dominating position. HEEZ GOOD AS GOLD (10) has drawn to get a beautiful run, definite place chance. RUBY LOU (11) returns and will be running on and follows out SOUND WAVE (2) who is a novelty chance, has been racing soundly with LIL HAPPY FELLA (4) who needs a touch of luck but is racing well enough to win. IT IS CRUNCH TIME (8) is capable but faces a tough draw and stablemate WICKED HUSTLER (6) looks to bounce back to his better form here.

Suggested Bet: HAVEYOUMETTED (1) to win.

Race 5

ARTISTIC SCRIBE (1) has the perfect draw and was a brave effort when runner up to Diamond Bay in 1.53.5 at Bunbury on Saturday night, looks hard to run down in this. BLITZAR (9) was a strong effort after doing most of the work in the breeze at Pinjarra, could be novelty value. MISS UNEEK (2) has the nice draw and will be close enough. GET YA BETS ON (7) faces a challenging draw but has plenty of high speed to bring him into it late. IL BANDITO (10) and VINTAGE BLU (11) novelty chances from their soft draws.

Suggested Bet: BLITZAR (9) to place.

Race 6

Tough race. CAPTAIN COOPER (8) won a recent trial and looked sharp and had things go wrong as well, faces a tough draw over the mile but looks to have upside. LETS RATTLNROLL (12) was sound in his only race and should be running home well. MIDWIFE CALLING (1) has a nice draw and looks to be an improver because of it. RUBY TREASURE (2) is well bred and should be kept safe, but the race form isn’t anything to exactly get enthused about it but is first up for Chris Voak. ROCKNROLL DILINGER (5) is always around the mark. WANDERIN STAR (7) has shown enough promise but faces a wide gate. LADY OF LEITH (10) will be relying on luck but is going well enough to win but would’ve preferred her with a front row draw.

Tips: 8 12 1 2

Suggested Bet: CAPTAIN COOPER (8) to win.

Race 7

SALSAWITHSIERRA (2) has the speed to work to the top and has won 2 of her last 3, has been aiming more to the sprint distance and moves to the middle distance here, will be the one to run down. STRIKE MASTER (6) will need to duck in and run home but has come back well. ZUEDE (3) will be hoping to settle in the first half and will run on well, has been rather luckless as of late. THE FIRST CUT (5) must be respected on return but may have to do some of her own dirty work. HEAVY METAL HAMMER (7) is showing enough now and will be running home strongly. ISAIDBOO (10) a novelty chance with the soft run.

Suggested Bet: ZUEDE (3) each way.
