Race 1

GRAND MAJESTIC BELLS (7) took on a tougher field last time out and was beaten down the track but looks better suited back to Pinjarra and in this class, she has strings to her bow and seems to be in a bubble, manners wise as of late. ULTIMATE TESS (8) has been consistent since entering the new stable, she will have fans and looks the main danger with MRIYA DREAM (6) who did things wrong last time out from the mobile, safe getaway will see him close enough to the speed and dangerous. MISS FRANCENE (4) is capable and a novelty chance with SUGA DADDY (3).

Tips: 7 8 6 4

Suggested Bet: GRAND MAJESTIC BELLS (7) to win.

Race 2

IDEAL DIAMOND (4) returns and has the draw advantage on the main rivals; has a few ways she can win the race but think she is highly talented and quite progressive and expecting her to win plenty of races this preparation. KATAMA (5) was solid in victory last time out and can be aggressive to try and lead and will be dangerous. CINCH (6) has been very consistent and won’t be far away again. EL RAES GIRL (7) got a well deserved win last time out but goes back to a tough draw, capable but needs a few things to go her way and METHUSELAH (8) is a hard horse to get a gauge on, just sound last time out and has shown the promise but this will be another good test for him.

Suggested Bet: IDEAL DIAMOND (4) to win.

Race 3

THE FINAL OFFER (2) gets a great opportunity to break through after some solid form in recent runs, he hasn’t been missed in terms of racing the best and drops back to a Monday graded race and looks hard to hold out. DU SAVON (3) was a bit fiery in trials but a solid win in good time, looks to have come back well and is to be respected. CHEFS KISS (7) has brilliant closing speed and will need it from the draw but expecting to see her run on strongly. NOD FROM ABOVE (1) was backed as if unbeatable last start and saluted by a nose, rises in grade here and should get a lovely run, novelty chance in this grade with the rest of the field showing enough promise to suggest a top 4 finish with the right runs.

Suggested Bet: THE FINAL OFFER (2) to win.

Race 4

BE HOME SOON (1) was a good effort last time out and has the perfect draw here, third up into the preparation and looks well suited to go the distance in this. REDDY TO FLY (8) entered the category of Quiggley and Yawoma last start where he had every chance and didn’t deliver, I’ve officially jumped off if punters want to give him another crack, today could be his day for that reason. JAMIE KIM (2) backed up the solid trial with a win and has drawn close enough, has decent early speed and can settle close. MISTER KOPA (7) may have a dip early and could be cheeky if he could cross but it’s hard to lead from the outside draw in these races. HARRYS A ROCKSTAR (3) is a novelty chance with KARAOKE STAR (9) and I’m happy to watch MISTER CONSTITUTION (10) first up off a sound trial and from the draw.

Race 5

AMERICAN EYES (8) is undefeated and just continues to get better but faces the toughest challenge to date; traffic. Inside back row draw creates a lot of concern, and she could be a touch on the shorter side to look outside of her here, needs a couple of things to go right. CAPTAIN SAID SO (10) faced an impossible task last run with the sections run, better draw and fitter, expecting him to go well. CHEKKER (5) and GELSOMINO AMAL (6) could both run the gate and look for forward positions, both are novelty chances if they can get to the pegs. VALHALLA MISS (1) has improved recently and is a novelty chance with MADDY ROCKS (3), SWITCH BLADE (4), EKARA NAVAJO (7) and ERA (9).

Race 6

DAWSON SHARD (1) is screaming out to win a race but gets the ace draw and has had a habit in the past of doing things wrong, I think if he leads he can win but I wouldn’t want to be diving in too short about a horse who hasn’t won in over 4 years. IM DRINKINDOUBLES (10) wanted to hang last time out and didn’t handle the breeze all that well, could fly under the radar at a price here with the stablemate STRAYLYA (8) who has the soft draw and loves this type of race. HEAVENLY BLISS (6) faces a sterner task from the draw, looks quite unlikely to lead. CRUNCH THE NUMBERS (5) had every chance last time out and was disappointing. IDONTWANABEAPIRATE (4) is capable but lacks early speed so will need to find a position. BEALAYWER (7) is consistent and could be driven aggressively in this.

Suggested Bet: IM DRINKINDOUBLES (10) each way.

Race 7

BOUJEE BOY (6) is a nice type who is very consistent and is on return, he has strings to his bow and looks hard to beat in this. JINGLING JEWELS (1) has the speed to lead early and can take cover potentially on the favourite and become a strong place chance, the pole marker has the speed to lead therefore making it much more difficult for GOTA GOOD WARHOL (3) and SNAKEY BAY (4) to get good runs on the rail. JACKIE DANIELS (8) is ideally drawn and could be dangerous late, she loves the sniper’s role and will have last look at them here. LORD PUBLISHER (10) was huge in defeat last week but won’t get the luxury of being on speed here, will need to swoop home with ROMAN LEGION (11) who is racing well.

Tips: 6 8 1 11

Suggested Bet: JACKIE DANIELS (8) each way.

Race 8

Open race. CALL TO ARMS (1) is one who has piqued my interest in recent runs and is a good performer from the tapes and a short course stand, he is ready to win and is versatile and could be close to the speed. MY SILVER SPOON (12) is the best performed recently but faces the task of 50m at 2116m distance, never an easy task. MINOR CATASTROPHE (7) is a similar type racing style wise to CALL TO ARMS (1) she can fly the tapes but has 20m to make up on the top selection. HENRIK LARSSON (10) is a talented type and will run well here, has class but is coming in first up. TOMMY PRICE (6), TUBBS FARQUHAR (9) and THOMSON BAY (11) all have a chance and I SEE FIRE (2) must be included in the back end of your trifecta’s and first fours.

Race 9

Cracking race here. FULL SWING DENARIO (9) has always been a horse I’ve been a fan of and this looks a suitable grade for him to drop into, nice trailing draw and will be dangerous in this with plenty happening in the run. DELULU (7) was a nice return and is suited here at the bigger track, will go close. THELITTLE MASTER (6) was flying but his last couple haven’t been to his absolute best, this is collectively an easier class but just concerned he might be on the slide a bit. NORTHVIEW DANCE (1) is a novelty chance, has improved in recent runs and should settle close enough to the speed. MISTER MONTBLANC (4) was solid in his return and can improve further off that, respect. CAMS BOULDER (2), ARIONROCK (3), TERROR IN TEXAS (5) and BLAZE AWAY (8) all capable but need a touch of luck in a wide-open race.

Tips: 9 7 1 4

Suggested Bet: FULL SWING DENARIO (9) to win.

Race 10

TROUBADOUR (5) returns and appears hard to beat, he was decent last preparation but didn’t exactly live up to the standards I had of him from the campaign before, looks hard to stop but wouldn’t be diving in too short. CURADH (11) has good closing speed and can weave through and expecting him to run home well. SWIZZLESTICK (4) is racing soundly and can feature in this with BLUE BLAZER (3) who could use the early speed to bounce on the lead and maybe take cover. MEDIEVAL MAN (7) is capable but needs to get on speed. LENORA JANE (8) also capable but last couple just slightly below what I expect of her. DEL BOCAVISTA BAY (10) will be running on strongly.

Tips: 5 11 4 10

Suggested Bet: CURADH (11) to place.
