Mandurah 9 January – Greyhounds Preview Posted on January 8, 2016January 8, 2016 | Posted by David Shortte David Shortte’s Preview WEST ON DOSSY (Race 5 Number 1): Versatile campaigner who has hit the line hard at his last couple finishing runner-up over this trip in 27.79 and 28.01. Not a super beginner but very strong late and from 5 tries from this box has managed a win and a further 3 placings. Always needs a bit of luck in transit but with a clear run this fellow could be swallowing them up late. Likely to start at nice odds and looks a solid each way play. STANGAFIED (Race 6 Number 2): Outstanding talent who has had 66 starts for 30 wins and a further 21 placings. Is unbeaten after 4 tries over this 642 metre trip and loves this draw where he has had 8 tries for 7 wins and a placing. Last week over the much shorter 405 metre trip he was motoring to the line in a heat of the Birthday Cup and in the end was beaten less than a length in 22.83. Much better suited over this longer trip and looks the goods here. PARTY HOTSHOT (Race 7 Number 4) : Speedy customer who made his debut over this trip last week when winning in a slashing 36.66. Has now won 4 of his last 5 starts and is 2 from 3 from this box. Based on what we saw last week this trip looks to be right up his alley and he looks one of the standout bets on the program. Not likely to be at flash odds but should be winning with a leg in the air. QUADDIE : Field – 2 – 4 – 135678: $50 spend = 104.16% TRIFECTA : (Race 7) : 4-157 – field: $30 spend = 166.66% FIRST FOUR : (Race 6) : 2 – 134 – 13458 – field: $30 spend = 50% Bet Now
