Harry Buchanan’s Tuesday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on January 30, 2024January 30, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 2 No. 7 Greek Odyssey Boxes where she wants to be as she runs a very wide line throughout. Has good speed and her 17.2 PB would get the job done here if she hops on to the arm. Hard to beat here. Race 5 No. 1 Prompt Response Got his box and has good muster when he steps cleanly enough. Could drive up here and find the top and would be very hard to mow down from there. A few wide runners assist his task in this and he will represent an each way hope here. Race 6 No. 7 Ghost Emoji and No. 1 Alden Monelli The Kanyana Cup final and this is a cracking race. The 7 did exactly what I expected him to do in his heat. He cut loose through the top and showed why he is every bit as fast as anything in this race, if not faster. Reserve included. Will take a stack of improvement out of that look here and he just needs a little luck up the back. He’s got an engine, and it’s yet to be fully tested. The 1 is the big smokie. Scratched on Friday night for this final, he’s come up with the perfect box for him. He is under rated and just keeps coming. Will land closer with the 2 and 3 holding the outside division out momentarily. Will give a sight at the odds. It’s the 7 who is the best each way bet in this however. Race 7 No. 3 Tick Tick Tick and No. 6 Spooky Hook The 3 will have this run to suit here. Drops to the fence and sustains a very strong run home and hard to stop late. Just keeps hitting the frame around here. The 6 is promising and he can get into a spot here courtesy of his turn of foot off the mat. Goes very fast once balanced and can run time. Don’t ignore him, he could get right there and deliver the knockout blow. Race 8 No. 5 Long Johnny and No. 3 Sunset Callisto Don’t be stunned if the 5 came out like a bullet here and went straight on to the arm. Over this shorter trip would then see him almost Impossible to catch. He can go well. The 3 is also going well around here and he doesn’t have to lead, not even around this distance. Can work his way into the contest quickly and is very strong on the way home. Watch for him to descend late. Race 10 No. 7 Diesel Fit Her and No. 4 Spanner There are a few in this who will struggle to win any time soon if they don’t win this. The 7 is one of them. Should really show that early speed against these and lead for fun. It would then be the 4 who could mow him down and he would want to as well against this field. His best just wins. Neither of these have an excuse in the world here. If the 4 brings his A game, this will be a short argument. Market Market
