Harry Buchanan’s Sunday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on March 3, 2024March 7, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 4 No. 8 Rethink It and No. 1 Expediential The 8 is perfectly drawn and can sweep over here to be hard to catch. If the 1 had drawn wide, it would be an EW bird. If he steps though he might hold up. Then he wins. Both strong hopes here. Race 6 No. 1 Beard Stroker and No. 6 Opie Monelli A couple of thinkers but might be run to suit. The 1 is going ok but he does like to consider his options when he gets there. As does the 6 who is going ok over longer trips. Both can get into the frame at least and trust needed for the win but they are capable. Race 7 No. 4 Prime Billie What a great job the trainer has done with this girl. 27.3 last week leading all the way and she will show speed again and nothing says she can’t repeat. Hard to catch on the arm. Race 8 No. 2 Scientist He will step and drive up fast again and if he leads this field, I’m not sure any of them will get him. Ultra consistent and goes close with a step here. Race 9 No. 6 Onyx Speed and No. 3 Bracton They won’t get it any easier. The 6 will keep running on and while he doesn’t win many, he does race ok in harder grade than this. The 3 would only need to find the arm and that would be it. Can run some time when she does. Both strong hopes in this. Race 11 No. 1 Celestial Gas The question has to be asked would she ever win another race if she can’t roll these. Boxed to get every conceivable hope and there can be no excuses here. This will be the last time she gets us if she goes under. Hers to lose. Race 12 No. 7 Skye Monelli Fav awfully hard to stop but this girl will come home well and give the frame a nudge after a good win last week. Strong through the last section and that will serve her well if the fav busts these up. Market Market
