Harry Buchanan’s Monday Greyhound Bets Bets Posted on January 22, 2024January 22, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 2 No. 8 Black Hurricane and No. 6 Evie Malt Looking for the leader here and one of these can grab that role. The 8 tried to cross last week and was checked when all but there. It was the 6 who capitalised on that and she went all the way from there. They will both step well and if one of them lead that should be it. Race 3 No. 3 Luna Sunrise and No. 6 Flash As One The 3 has to win this or it will struggle to win another race any time soon. Can step and lead and they won’t catch her if she does. No excuses now. The 6 will muster up out wide and he’s raced better dogs lately. He’s getting on but still racing well and can figure here with his usual honest step at box rise. Don’t ignore. Race 5 No. 1 Kiss Me Gypsy and No. 4 Gaggle Of Fun The 1 can surprise here. Has a fast getaway in her and when she leads she’s hard to get past. Boxed to give a sight here. The 4 is the other early speed element. Still racing well at this late stage of his career and can get up there and be hard to mow down. Both dogs looking to go all the way here. Race 6 No. 5 In Her Mood Her form isn’t inspiring but she is not going as bad as it looks. The step up to the corner start in her favour and she could spear on to an early arm here. Would then become very hard to catch. Dont dismiss her, she is capable. Race 7 No. 3 Zac’s Thunder He’s awfully close to breaking through and his last few runs have been superb. Well drawn here and can land close to the leaders and he has the 500m strength now that most of these don’t have or can’t run on the clock. Big show. Race 8 No. 8 Mazuma Mayhem Box rise. That’s all you’re betting on here. If he nails the start, he sweeps around and puts these under instant pressure as he runs good time up front. Should he miss it, and he can do that from time to time, he will have to recover quickly to be a force. Best dog in the race and the first 50m critical to score here. Race 9 No. 2 Venetian Giving him one more go against these. Just been a level below what he’s capable of lately and this is his last chance to show more zest in his racing. Sticks on well when he’s switched on and the box allows him to get into this early enough. Needs to lift here. Market Market
