Harry Buchanan’s Monday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on May 20, 2024May 20, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch NORTHAM Race 4 No. 8 Simone Keeping This box could see her sweep up quickly here and find the arm or close to it. Been crowded up a few times lately and will appreciate the room to operate. Can step and give a forward showing. Race 6 No. 1 Victim Of Desire and No. 7 Ranger Rickson The 1 is racing so well for May lately. She also gets a great map here and while she can dwell at box rise, she musters very quickly and just needs to hold the fence to surprise these at odds. The kennel mate in 7 gets in well against these. His best would be winning and he can handle wide draws. If he was to find the top early, that’s check and mate. Race 7 No. 8 Polygon Monelli and No. 7 Molotov Boy The 8 excels here and comes off a very unlucky 3rd last start when copping all sorts of trouble. Strong win prior and goes close here. The 7 will surprise here, especially if he steps away cleanly. Ran some good races around Cannington earlier so two turns don’t bother him. Don’t dismiss him. Race 8 No. 7 I’m Upstairs and No. 4 Venetian Some suspect 500m dogs here so looking for the run on fence dogs. The 4 fits that bill perfectly. Will smoke his pipe and wait for runs to appear and finish hard. The 7 is another who can come from off the arm and he races well here. Will muster up out wide and if he’s close he will stick on the whole trip. Race 9 No. 8 Lil Bit Sour and No. 7 Aussie Primrose The 8 was good first up over this trip last week and she is boxed to lead here by rushing down the outside to the first turn and taking over. Will take some catching should she cross. The 7 will cart her over and she could find the arm herself. No world beater but far from hopeless here. Race 10 No. 6 Carrie Heffernan She will be a price against these but don’t be stunned if she sweeps up out wide and gets into the frame with any luck. She is going ok and can surprise with a clean getaway and there could be inside trouble as well. EW at least. Race 11 No. 8 Conniption Boxed to avalanche his way down to the first turn and take up the running and will be awfully hard to catch if he does. Even if he lands close he can come on strongly and expect him to be in the finish here. Race 12 No. 2 Twisted Mansion She will be any old price and true bolter odds. However there is world she at least hits the frame here. With 1,3,4,5 all showing speed and getting up the track, there is a chance she nails herself to the fence and gets a first turn passage. EW place heavy but can get into this with luck. Market Market
