Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on March 19, 2022March 19, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 2 No. 4 Mambo Monelli The group 1 Galaxy and it’s at the mercy of the fav, Mambo Monelli. Should pounce on the arm, run blistering fractions and set up an unassailable lead. His to lose and only bad luck will see that happen. Race 4 No 1. Rostered Off, No. 3 Makuru and No. 6 Archibald The group 1 Perth Cup and the 1 gets the nod here and is ready to run the race of his life. 29.66 in his heat after stepping quickly and going straight to the front. Will have every hope to hold the fence and be close enough to use his late strength. Both 3 and 6 have early toe and will be big prices. They are worth small specs here as there is every chance one of them will get away in front. Main bet 1 EW, save 3 and 6 EW. Race 7 No. 7 Wynburn Burner Ran a ripper last start in the cup heat and lines up in this consolation with just as big a hope. Well boxed out wide, will stay there and wind up strongly as he did last week and nothing hits the line harder. Place heavy go here. Race 8 No. 6 Emani Bale Versatile and can sprint after her Galaxy heat run last week. She has done this before with success dropping back in trip and delivering knockout blows in sprints in Victoria. Went 29.99 in a ST two back and only has to stay close to descend on these late. Hard to stop with a clear run. Race 9 No. 1 Samba Monelli and No. 7 Stone Cold Augie The 1 went enormous in his heat last week, gets a gun draw and if he lands handy at the first turn, quickly becomes a major threat. Great chance. The 7 is moody but was super in the heat after an ordinary midweek effort. Can reel off good time and will get past a lot of these if his mind is on the job. Both great EW shows. Race 10 No. 5 Chasing Jason and No. 8 Danielle Keeping Only needs a clear look at the arm and the 5 will produce here. Will get a nice early map with a very slow beginner in 4 and if he lands anywhere near that arm, can take over and run sub 35 comfortably. Look for the 8 to be charging into this up the top. She went within a nose of making the Galaxy final and if this was over 700 she would be long odds on. Can still stay close enough to figure. Race 11 No. 4 Torza The scratching of 1 should see her land top 2 early then take over and run time. Ever consistent and never with luck, she gets her chance hear to show what she can really deliver. Race 12 No. 8 Steampunk Wolf Just depends on him nailing the start and spearing across these 2 favs. He can do so and if he does, it’s all over. Will run very fast time. Not much directly inside him so will have every hope to do so. WENTWORTH PARK Race 3 No. 2 Ziggy Stardust Needs to do something here. Drawn to lob handy and if he stays anywhere near them will be too strong. Last chance to produce. Well boxed and runs low 30. That’s enough to get it done here. Race 5 No. 5 Murray’s Way Really strong effort last week making up good ground when having no luck behind Crocodile Vella. Can break 30 from off the arm and only has to offset the draw to be a force here at good odds. Race 10 No. 1 Romantic Storm Has a great box 1 record and finds plenty when drawn in. Can show up early or come from behind. His last few have not been that bad and the effort last time behind Arctic Kingdom suggests he’s ready to win again. THE MEADOWS Race 1 No. 5 Rohan Bale Up and coming youngest with a big motor. Has a 29.6 at Sandown and 30.12 here and both those were from back in the field. If he offsets the draw and goes through the gears, he will take a power of stopping. Race 3 No. 4 Panda Mick Getting stronger and better every start and can figure here. 5th up now over this trip and she has shown that she can finish the race off last start. Time not there yet but will lower her PB with a clear run and it will be enough to get on to the podium. Race 4 No. 2 Shanlyn Kim and No. 3 Cashton Bale One of these two should really be winning and both can hit the podium. The 2 has all sorts of talent and while she can sometimes get back, the draw should land her closer and that will be the telling factor. The 3 has a similar racing profile and he’s bred to be good. Coming back from a 600m win last start and will relish this draw and trip. Both huge shows. Race 5 No. 3 Kaheem Bale Just wins for mine. Has all sorts of crazy gears up the back and can take the gaps against the better dogs and raced well in harder company. Has a superb formline, great draw and only needs half a look here. Best bet. Race 10 No. 6 Sir Harley Must do something against this company or no more for him. Has the talent and while he has yet to win here, has broken 30 in defeat and that will walk this in. Just needs to navigate the draw and he can show what he’s got. Race 11 No. 3 Circumstance Enigmatic but good. Can race out of his skin one week, get beaten out of sight the next. All depends how his first turn pans out and it’s mapped to favour here. He can unleash a surprisingly fast sprint through the middle and run home. Don’t dismiss. SHEPPARTON Race 8 No. 2 Dynamic Prince The Shepparton Cup and we are going with this bloke again after a tremendous heat run. Will get the drag behind the inside speed here and cut loose with that super sprint home of his. Can hit the podium in this year’s Cup!! DUBBO Race 8 No 6 Aston Ulysses and No. 8 Zipping Alabama The final of this country feature and a couple at odds here who both went well in their semis. The 6 can show speed and he’s very hard to get past when up on the arm. The 8 is a strong run on type and who will benefit hugely from that run last week and will keep hitting the line. Backing both EW. Market Market
